Pizza was cooked great. The chicken sides are really good for the price and sandwiches are cooked just enough to not burn.

Worst pizza ever cold paid for extra cheese, what a joke paid 2 extra for garlic sauce, simple forgot to add it, went to drive thru, not sure what their excuse was, wrang buzzer 4 times no answer had to leave vehicle on cruches and yell inside to have two employees pop up from the back of the store, on top worst pizza ive tried in years, simply amazing

Had a 5 star rating 2 years ago. Sorry I had to reduce it all down to a 1. After 10 mins of trying to call in to a busy line I finally got thru only to hear before I could bat an eye.. " hold", so I'm still here.. on hold and it's been 18 mins. I guess I just need to give up the thought of pizza tonight.. thank you for nothing Defiance ohio

Called in an order for pick up, the gal I spoke with said 20 25 minutes max. I got there after 25 minutes and they said that it will still be another 20 minutes WTH...so i order some items myself got a sub for some reason domino's this may seem confusing but keep with me you can add items to a sub that are not originally part of the sub....but for some crazy reason you can't ask to add an item that is already part of the sub such as double peppers. Does this make sense. I'm willing to pay extra for double veggies, but they can't do it....dealing with this domino's on several different occasions. I would not suggest this location, maybe drive the extra distance to a different domino's for better service and food.....

Both of our pizzas look and taste like a reheated frozen pizza. Called to complain about it and was told that as the person on the oven all day do not care about your business.

I’ve never had an issue with this location except waiting a little longer than expected to get my food via carryout, but I think they just had a busy night and shorter staffed and it happened once. Food is as expected, greasy and delicious. Never got an order wrong yet.

Rude, unprofessional. The worker was cussing at a customer in the drive thru. Very unprofessional. Will not be using this place any time in the future.

Pizza has more bubbles per square inch then the crust that is supposed to be there. This is not Domino's standards by any stretch. Purchased for my 3 year old and he won't even eat it. This store needs serious guidance.

I ordered online as I was offered a free pizza, which was very flattering! It sent me the name of the person , Neviah, who was personally making the pizza and Olivia, who was delivering it. It was so cool. I was waiting at the end of my drive in my car as Olivia pulled up. Totally perfect experience. Pizza and lava cakes were amazing, and I and two friends ended up having a super delicious meal in her shady backyard! Thank you Domino's for the gift of a free pizza! I was sure to tip my driver generously! My friend asked how I got a free pizza, and I told her I had received an email saying I was missed, and the pizza truly was free with no strings attached. The whole experience was awesome. Thank u so much!!
