We waited for over 20 minutes to even get acknowledged by the staff. Took 5 drive thru orders before even saying hello or even taking our order. Very bad customer service. The staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere else besides doing their jobs

You pay for the experience, outside walk through the cemetery, warm day kinda feel.... but the chili cheese dog didn't have cheese, tastes rubbery. Chili cheese fries didn't have cheese and the fries were burnt.. maybe the oil needed changed, tasted oily. My coffee blend was more like melted chocolate ice cream annd our banana split only had the banana- strawberry syrup with nothing else. We didn't want nuts and asked for those to stay off.. not somewhere we're going to take the kids.
