Great place to go for tea and protein shakes, not to mention supplements for nutritional wellness. Friendly, informative staff & tasty products make it a "definitely do again". Their sister store, Fountain City Nutrition in Bryan, Ohio is also worth a look.

Knowledgeable and helpful. If you don’t like your shake, you get a new one….but who am I kidding, I’ve never not liked a shake they made!!! Healthy U has helped me stay on track with my weight loss this year, and I am so thankful for this place being in Defiance. Check them out!
