You guys need to hire some employees. Hot rice used to be a reliable place to go and eat. But lately I'm either standing in a line that doesn't move or they are closed for some reason or everyone is on a hour & fifteen minute break. While the food just sits there the whole time. Hot Rice is nose diving and fast.

Sad really. This used to be a diamond in the rough. Small portions and high prices now. Not to mention zero personality or hospitality from the staff. That used to be bearable but not for the garbage meals they just served my family. Negative score.

It's a tiny place, but I've been getting it ever since I can remember. The people are always very polite. I've seen people say it's dirty, but it isn't. It's just a tiny "you get what you get," place. I've been craving it especially hard the last few weeks. Was thrilled to find it was still open when I moved back this way.
Woman who takes orders is very unfriendly and hateful I have never been treated this badly at a restaurant before we always order general tso extra spicy and beef lowmein woman always ask me what rice I want white or brown she didn't ask me today we came back in after finding it had no rice in it.Woman was nasty and said we have to pay for the rice if we want it.Then told us if we didn't like it go somewhere else we always buy 20 to 40 worth of food per visit!!I have Never been treated so rudely in my 54 years of life.They have great food but woman really needs to be fired!!!I also asked her to have hunan chicken and she refused to ask the cook I talked to him b4 and asked if he would make it for me and he said he would.I'm afraid if she isn't fired we won't eat there anymore! So I guess if you like being treated very badly this is the place for you.Its a true shame because I love their food.I would highly recommend the cook to hire a decent human being to run the front you lose a lot of money and profit from your wife telling several customers to go somewhere else if they don't like how she disrespects and treats customers like dirt that's no way to run a business!!We will no longer eat there again unless something is done about this tyarnt.

Honestly if you're absolutely jonesing for Chinese food, go for it. However the sandwich shop next to it is a much better place to eat. This Chinese food has next to no taste, made my wife queasy, and smelled kinda old. The staff are polite enough but frankly other than the sandwich shop, the movie theater (which is the absolute best around) and The Last Man Standing, there's no reason to walk into this mall. The mall, much like the Chinese food is on life support and struggles at being serviceable. Good luck to you if you eat it! ??
