It's a tiny place, but I've been getting it ever since I can remember. The people are always very polite. I've seen people say it's dirty, but it isn't. It's just a tiny "you get what you get," place. I've been craving it especially hard the last few weeks. Was thrilled to find it was still open when I moved back this way.
Love Love Love the food here....! Only 4 on atmosphere because the mall is pretty boring looking. But during lunch and supper there is a decent line for hot rice. This place has stood it's ground for sure. Everyone else just couldn't make it. People have tried but Hot Rice comes out on top. Love how they have card reader now as well. Because there were times in the past I really wanted it but didn't have cash on me. Now it's so easy. The portions are fantastic....
The food itself is actually really good! They do make special requests (like noodles no veggies) and it's fresh! The mall itself is falling apart and pretty dirty around there area, the lady that helps doesn't respond much and makes you feel uncomfortable when asking questions. However, it is good so I'll continue to visit when I want Chinese.
