The service was excellent. I gave the food a four only because it is KFC. As far as atmosphere I almost gave it a 3 but they are trying with what they have. It's just in a very bad location. Over all if you like KFC you'll like this one. It's a little out of the way but the service is excellent.
The inside is very grimy and dirty. Take one look at the high chairs, which are gross, then your eyes wander and you can see grime all over. Disgusting and ill never order from that store again. Shame on the management.

10/29/24 my parents wanted kfc even though in the last half a dozen times or so, it sucked! Got their and they were slammed, but at least i knew chicken would be fresh for once. The young man, (says Hykeym on receipt) kept his cool and busted out the orders like it was nothing! I saw drive through, cpl guys making chicken and a guy that looke like he was training and that's it.But this young man i commend him because he was working register,filling window orders and counter orders by himself. I figured i had at least a 30 minute wait beings the lobby was full and drive through but i was out in 15 min. So you definitely did the right thing hiring this young man!!!

Terrible service. Guy at drive thru laughed when I asked where to park to wait (last time I had to do that they weren't confirming orders and gave my food to someone else that got there after me and after 30 minutes of waiting told me it'd be another 45 for more chicken). Wasn't asked what type of chicken I wanted. He sounded drunk while I ordered, never offered sauce for chicken tenders. Then the guy who brought the food out dropped it in my lap. Did not confirm order or anything just dropped it and left. Do not recommend this KFC.

We ordered door dash.. we were supposed to have an 8 piece meal.. 2 legs.. 2 thighs.. 2 wings and 2 breasts.. our door dasher had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get the white meat.. opened the bucket.. no white meat.. this kac location needs to close.. I don't think I've had more than 1 or 2 meals that were filled correctly.. I will drive to bryan or napoleon to get kfc from now on.. they deceived us with our order and that is definitely not a way to run a business.. if i could give negative stars.. I would.

They’re five dollar chicken strip basket. It’s pathetic. It’s like one chicken strip broken into three pieces. Had to wait 10 minutes just for them to make fries. Ridiculous not to mention the messy atmosphere. not to mention, they never have crunchy recipe available only original it’s just pathetic. Where is the Chick-fil-A at? Maybe they would do better I will be going to Dairy Queen from now on to get my chicken that’s how bad KFC in defiances is ridiculous. Such a poor excuse for a KFC.
