We got here at 3:50 the guy in the drive through left half way through us ordering and left for over 20 minutes. we leave and see people going through the drive through so we try and go through again just to wait again its 4:17. We got here at 3:50 still no food haven't even been able to order.
It's Friday January 9th 4:00 pm.
Update was given the wrong chicken on top of all that what the heck

This Defiance KFC can serve up decent fried chicken occasionally — but slow service and AWFUL customer care make it hard to recommend as a good fast food stop. If you’re in a rush or craving an stress-free meal, you might want to explore other local options. LEFT WAITING 20 ADDITIONALLY MINUTES FOR A MOBILE ORDER. YET THE FOOD WAS ALREADY DONE.

This place needs to be shut down it is always DISGUSTING and the wait times are astronomical how you going to make me wait 45 minutes for a mobile order just to find out it was ready and sitting on a shelf do better you are a corporate chain man this is just auful

For starters the drive-through person was on their phone I couldn't get any help from anybody employee-wise they were out of chicken could not complete my order

They mess up my order twice they may be understaffed but they could should be able to get two simple meals correct and then when I go in there to get it correctly they still give me the wrong order of the chicken these people are deaf they don't give you a price total when you order your food until after you get there and they don't even give you your receipt these people are trying to pull something don't go there save your money the food sucks now the quality is bad KFC in defiance needs to be done completely

If you enjoy waiting in the lobby while the manager and employees sit in the break room and ignore you for 10 minutes come here!
If only the raw chicken under the fry could tell stories. I wonder what it would say?

What an disappointment. My chicken tenders were the size of popcorn chicken. Our large mashed potatoes didn't include gravy. They didn't give me the honey mustard I requested. And if we hadn't asked for utensils we wouldn't have gotten that either. Best part of the experience was that we helped save lives by rounding up to the nearest dollar. Oh, and no butter or honey for the biscuits.

Not even worth a one star. Placed a $60 mobile order went in to pickup with an estimated 20 min pick up time. and was told that the 2 ladies walking out as we were walking in, had taken our order. Thought they were remaking our order. Waited about 15 mins and approached the counter to be told that they didnt have enough chicken and it would be be at least a 25 min wait. I asked for a refund. General manager ms. Johnson told me I had to use the mobile app to refund my order. So I went out to my car to start the refund and wasnt able to because they had marked the order as completed. So I went back into the store and told them. The manager called the general manager who had already left by this time and put her on speaker phone. She then proceeded to tell me that she didnt appreciate me yelling and being rude to the staff and that I have to contact the 1800 number. I never once yelled or was rude. So I call the corporate number. 2hrs in and still havnt received a refund. Corporate told me they will call me at another time once they process my request. Dont waste your time or money ordering from here. The general manager was rude, not even an apology.

The service was excellent. I gave the food a four only because it is KFC. As far as atmosphere I almost gave it a 3 but they are trying with what they have. It's just in a very bad location. Over all if you like KFC you'll like this one. It's a little out of the way but the service is excellent.

The inside is very grimy and dirty. Take one look at the high chairs, which are gross, then your eyes wander and you can see grime all over. Disgusting and ill never order from that store again.
Shame on the management.

One of the worst KFC I've been too. Food is bland, and the few times I've been there they forgot half my order and I have to explain what I got. Door dash is no different, they regularly don't give what I ordered and no communication as to why.
