Good food and prices. Some of the staff may not be the friendliest but definitely never rude in my experiences. I've eaten here for years and I hope to for many more!

Stopped for lunch at Kissner's Restaurant in Defiance, OH on our way back from a vacation in the Toledo area. I had a hamburger and fries, my husband had a mushroom swiss burger and fries. Service was friendly and efficient, atmosphere was warm and friendly. Nice little place to have lunch. We were surprised when we got there around 1pm that the place was packed!

Allison is GREAT! We have breakfast here about 2 or 3 Saturdays a month. Food is always hot and fresh.

Building is done-up real nice. The inside was beautiful. We never got to try the food because we felt unwanted as customers, so we left. 2 women this morning were very unwelcoming and rude. As weary travelers who were on the road for 14 hours, only searching for a break and food, we surely got pushed away. We ended up going to McDonald's which was filthy but got better service. Will not return on our next trip.
