My toddler grandson and I had a full cart of groceries totaling over $200+. Not a single register line was open. I had to ring and bag all my own groceries in the self check out line. This is unacceptable.

Store pick up went so smoothly and the associate that helped was friendly and courteous. We highly recommend the Defiance Kroger for your shopping needs.

Just love this deli. If you're not sure of somethings, they are willing to give you a taste, to see if you like it or not.

Terrible produce selection. No meat counter. No Boars Head meat. Embarrassing selection of beer. This Kroger needs a major overhaul. It needs to be transitioned similar to the one in Waterville- including a Starbucks, Little Clinic, and liquor store. On a positive note, the staff is always kind and helpful. Unfortunately the store in Defiance is a throwback to the 1980’s.

Today I asked one of the workers where to find the juice isle.. She stopped what she was doing and took me right to it.. Then she helped me calculate the total $$ of groceries in my cart because of a coupon I had.. She went way above and beyond!

I've been waiting in the clicklist area for more than 30 minutes to get groceries. I tried to call customer service to ask why a manager can't come and help the ONE kroger employee on a busy Friday. They chose not to answer the line. So much for Kroger saving me time.
