Pizza in hot n ready isn't hot , black mold by the sink and by the stove no hot water to wash hands water damage water damage pizza left out all day before baking expired food expired sanitizer strips dirty deep dish pizza pans and crazy bread pans not being washed no first aid kit no gloves no hair or beard nets bad management new employees training other new employees because of managers only come for 10 minutes at a time every few hours yelling by management at other employees being hostile

I don't normally write reviews but i am heavily disappointed. I just ordered three pretzel pizzas and an Italian cheese bread. Originally it estimated a 50 minute delivery time which wouldve been fine and understandable. Then i recieved a message only a minute later that the pizzas and everything would delivered within the next 25 minutes. I knew immediately that, that meant i was not going to be recieving fresh food. Just something from the warmer but that was find with me as long as it was still good. The food got delivered to me at the new estimated time. I thanked the driver and took it inside. Upon opening the pizzas and cheese bread, it was obvious the cheese bread had been in the warmer for a while, and all three pretzel pizzas looked like hell. The cheese bread was tough and all three pretzel pizzas were not cut well at all. Half the pieces didnt even make it to the center of the pizza and the other half were pieces 1/3 the size of the whole pizza. Most of the cheese wasnt even on the pizza. It had slid off the side and onto the cardboard. I had gotten pizzas many time from here this summer and this time it was horrible. Im just disappointed.

I stopped in here last week while waiting for a friend in the ER at Mercy. It was late pretty sure it was after 9pm. Went to the door and it was locked. The gentleman behind the counter waved me to the drive through window. I walked o er and just asked for a pepperoni pizza. He was so kind. The pizza was the best Little Caesar's I have had in years. After a long and frustrating day it was refreshing to have the excellent customer service and phenomenal food. IMHO a lot could be learned from this location for locations like Bryan.

I went inside what time when I had placed my order ahead and I wish I had mine. There was a lot of yelling going on between management and employees. I did not think it looked clean at all. It truly was chaotic inside.

I don’t know what the issue at this location is, but they seem to only hire the most disgusting and unhygienic people. I also ordered a pizza through the Mobile app and even set it for a half hour in advance. I got to the store when I requested it to be done and they hadn’t even put it in the oven. This place is a joke.
