They made us the wrong pizza. (3 topping xl pizza and only 1 item was correct). I called them to ask for a replacement and they said they would mail me a certificate for a replacement. A week later I received a certificate for $6 (pizza cost was 24). When I called to complain I was dismissively told "well that just how we do it. you only get $6). I asked to talk to a manager and was told that this rude employee WAS the manager. I don't like covering more than 2/3 of the cost...read full review
Used to be decent and fully capable of understanding special orders. However, like most places, they have gone south. I am not sure, however, why the response to a messed up order is "Come get a new item or sorry I cannot help you". See, I don't think I should have to drive 30 minutes round trip for their mistake. If I have to give things away because people can no longer do quality work then why dont you? Bad customer service.
