This place is horrible, there are multiple people working there and not a single one can do their jobs! The food is terrible, it looks like you let a toddler make it and just threw stuff around, I get biggie bags and I was told (by the manager at the time) that I need to ask for multiple bags(4 specifically) and I'm usually able to get them, but this 1 time, there was a new worker and he told us that we weren't able to die to guide lines. Like what?? So I went in and asked again for 4 separate bags, and someone gave me 4 bags! Who woulda known??
Then, I asked for the same thing, and then... They gave me TWO BAGS!?!?... disrespectful to customers and to employees, I am not going here anymore... I'd rather drive to Bryan...

Wanting a refund. I got $20 worth in food it was all cold and we got the wrong stuff. We even pulled forward for 15 minutes. I will be calling a manger

The lady at the window acted like I kicked her dog because she had to come back in the store and take my order. On top of that my double cheeseburgers top patty was folded in half and missing a chunk in the shape of a bite mark. I don't believe it was a bite mark but still. I still ate it though. ?♂️ I'd go back. We all have bad days.

I came in and ordered a large caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle the manager I dealt with was on very unfriendly I understand you guys are busy but you guys need to start filling orders correctly this is what I received for a large caramel frappe as you can clearly see the cup is not full I have not touched it this is what they've been handing out lately and charging full price and extra drizzle cost
If you want to make your day impossible come to this place, they do everything wrong, absoluty everything, you will never get napkins, or ketchup or a straw nothing at all unless you ask for it. Been every where and this restaurant is a nigthmare.
