Went there this morning 8/17/25 and a guy asked for his 2 biscuits and he stated he was there for over 30 minutes and the worker curses at him and told him she didn’t wanna hear his shit very unprofessional the place was busy and there was ppl who walked out and had already paid and asked for there money back and they did t get it if this is what our world is coming to is very sad

ordered a 20 piece nugget, got home and they were literally raw and flimsy so i called multiple times to tell them about it and they didn’t answer 3 times and then when they finally picked up, they told us to drive back and they would give us a new one. we sat and waited like 5 minutes just for them to give us attitude and then tell me that when i called i told her that it was a 6 piece not a 20 piece. i showed her that i had the box and it was a 20 piece and she just walked away and then a guy came up to the window and asked for the old ones. all but one girl with long blonde hair were super rude and dismissive after they gave me cold food.

I go through the drive thru about once a week for lunch and this is by far the best McDonald’s I go to! The daytime drive thru ladies are top notch! They are friendly and fast and always take the time to smile and say thanks! My food is always fast and hot! Keep up the great work, ladies! 🤗

This place is horrible, there are multiple people working there and not a single one can do their jobs! The food is terrible, it looks like you let a toddler make it and just threw stuff around, I get biggie bags and I was told (by the manager at the time) that I need to ask for multiple bags(4 specifically) and I'm usually able to get them, but this 1 time, there was a new worker and he told us that we weren't able to die to guide lines. Like what?? So I went in and asked again for 4 separate bags, and someone gave me 4 bags! Who woulda known??
Then, I asked for the same thing, and then... They gave me TWO BAGS!?!?... disrespectful to customers and to employees, I am not going here anymore... I'd rather drive to Bryan...
Parking: Bad service.
Kid-friendliness: Brian is way better for kid service.
