Great friendly service, almost like we knew each other which i liked. The coke had a really good taste as usual but the apple pie could have been warmer but still tasted good.

Only good on a last resort to a restaurant.lets be honest y'all's food is really poison all pumped full of nonsense chemicals for no good reason AT ALL. Makes no sense man. And y'all are proud of y'all's work and i mean this for mc donalds corporation. This for every mcdonald not just the locals around me. Thank you for your time.

every time I go through this place or any any town apparently no cheese means extra cheese...im allergic to cheese so thanks for the total waste of money
Dietary restrictions: allergic to cheese....thats why i say WITH NO CHEESE..but apparently no one can hear and if they can dont give a fuck....sure go ahead waste 13$ for something you cant eat now....great service...

I only go to the north side McD's because it is near my home. During the morning I don't ever have problems however, if I go during 2nd shift I almost always have issues with my orders and it takes way too long going through the drive thru. The few times I went inside instead I waited about 3 times as long. The customer service definitely needs some work.

I was not at all impressed by this McDonalds. The store was filthy. The beverage area was nasty, and the soda I wanted was inoperable. The employees all looked exhausted and didn't want to be there. The food was okay, I guess. If I lived in Defiance, I would avoid this McDonalds.
The burgers were surprisingly fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. Very friendly staff

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a burger I’d go to an actual restaurant. Not only are they always slow but they were serving customers who had been waiting 10+ less minutes before ourselves and others. Often times the restaurant also makes mistakes in orders like forgetting cheese on cheeseburgers, forgetting straws or just being sloppy making food.

I wish I could give negative stars, I would give -10. Went to get one double cheeseburger with ketchup only. It had onions on it. Took it inside. Upset because this Macdonalds gets it wrong all the time. I tossed the wrong order in its bag on the counter as I waited for a worker to come from the back. (Noone was at the counter) A young guy came up already trying to correct me. Saying I threw the bag at him. (He was at the drive up window when I walked up to the counter) he started raising his voice and shaking his finger in my face. Threw the bag at me. Would not listen to me or get the manger when I asked for one. The manger was no better she did get my new burger. But would not let me make my dispute. She said, he told me you threw the bag. I will talk to him. She does not even have my side of the story. Tried to call corporate on hold for 15mins. They don't want to hear what is wrong with their stores. Do better Macdonalds if you can.

Went to have a nice meal and got to ride drive thru workers one of them saying “oh my god” when I asked to add something to my order and shaking her head and hands at me and the other didn’t even fill my coffee to the top just a little over half way that I paid for and then slammed the window open. Really need to work on customer service
