Showed up at 5:15 am could clearly hear someone on the mic and they completely ignore us and then we drove up to the window and one of the crew working just stared at us. Won't be back here in the morning ever again. This is bullshit and wouldn't have been okay back when I worked at McDonald's because we treated our customers good and didn't have attitudes.

Went inside and didn’t get what I paid for so I called and they were being very rude and saying that I did get everything when I clearly didn’t and then were trying to say I was lying when literally I am not that’s everything I got

Went through the drive thru with a mobile order for a burger and fry meal. Got told to pull to a spot. Waited 35 minutes then went inside. Waited another 15 minutes for someone to answer me. Got told they couldn’t find my car. Asked for a manager, manager said she didn’t have time. Very unprofessional and just terrible service. I waited almost an hour for a cold meal.

Came in today 07/04 at approximately 11:30am. To start I'm a very understanding person. I'm fact I hardly ever complain because coming from Management background I understand a lot. This complaint is not about a messed up order. More of a messed up manager. I don't know the name of the manager but she was short heavy set lady with dark hair glasses and tattoos. I was picking up a doordash order and to begin I was never greeted but that's every McDonald's now days. While I waited for my order I watched and listen to this manager completely disrepect 2 of her employees in the front while the issue was actually made from a new employee. The 2 employees seemed like they was part of capabilities. Now I know that being a manager part of your job is reprimanding your employees however there is a place for that maybe the back office and not in front of the entire store. To clarify not only what she representing the wrong employee she was extremely loud almost screaming at them. This is why it's hard to find good help. If I was those girls I would of walked out then and there. I do know the name of the girl she was yelling at but I will not post that. We are all humans and make mistakes but to be publicly humiliated over a mess up is so out of line. And to come from a manager who should know better is shameful. If corporate wants to reach out I will gladly tell all the details of this because this manager needs to be held accountable. And to the girls I am so sorry you have to go through this and never think you have to tolerate being mistreated at a job. Never settle for anything less.

It was so good I ordered two hamburgers and the lady was so sweet and caring I would definitely recommend them
Went this morning and with free combo meal card I got for having to wait an hour for my food last time. Sat and waited in line for the worker to get help from the manager. Ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes before I left because still no manager. Was late to work. Food normally isn’t bad just bad service.
