I came through and they COMPLETELY messed up my order. When I got home to eat my nuggets I noticed the sauce was rotten and expired. And the burger we ordered was just a damn patty. I called them and they hung up on me. I called back and they told me to have some respect. Obviously that pissed me off so I said something.l to her and she just replied with “ya mama” 🤣now I’m a g and it doesn’t bother me but it was hella disrespectful because my mom passed away when I was a kid. I still have the rotten sauce so somebody better get fired or this place is going to hear from my legal team.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I got food here and with our food ordered a Oreo McFlurry with extra cookie pieces and a caramel Sunday. An older lady (worker) asked us if we got ice cream with our order and proceeded to explain that the ice cream machine was down. Ok no problem I asked for the box of cookies and a large fry because that would equal our amount for those two items. A younger women asked us what it was we wanted and I explained and she said she’d have to ask so she went to the (I assume) manager and was talking to her. The manager came over and said in an extremely rude manor “the cookie box is more then what we owe” and before I could explain everything said “just give them the cookies” and the younger women very rudely through the cookies to the counter. I have been a lead at a store and have dealt with many customers and let me tell you that is no way to treat a customer.. I will not ever be going back to this McDonalds and I sure hope they don’t treat others that way.

The McDonald's in Napoleon Ohio is absolutely ridiculous!! We sat in line for at least 15 minutes and watched the cars in the opposite drive through line move while we sat. Upon reaching the window to receive the food they asked us to wait even longer for just a Quarter Pounder and fries. I do believe that they needed to find a cow and get the meat that way and go pick the potatoes for the fries. The girl that brought our food practically threw the bag at us. Very rude employee!!!
