I only go to the north side McD's because it is near my home. During the morning I don't ever have problems however, if I go during 2nd shift I almost always have issues with my orders and it takes way too long going through the drive thru. The few times I went inside instead I waited about 3 times as long. The customer service definitely needs some work.

As a Canadian; we prefer a splash of milk in our coffee…they didn’t serve that and the manager suggested I purchase a carton of milk…the young and very pleasant server with the coloured hair did some problem solving to make the customer (me) feel valued. Excellent customer service !!

Food is cheap simple.... It's satisfying when we go. Love the McChicken for myself. Hate they took away the wraps. I loved those. A lot of people complain yet they still go back. Yes it's a wait. But they are addicting the fries *yum* my kids love the nuggets and fries. Husband is big mac all the way. We waited a awhile a few times but sometimes there are others that wait longer and they would be in there before us. I don't know if it's because the staffing...
