Me and my family usually love ordering pizza from here but after tonight we will probably never order again! We waited 2 almost 2 1/2 hours for our pizza to be delivered after a hour and a half we called and they said their manager was on the way with it. 40 minutes later we call and some how our order was lost and never even made! So how was our pizza on the way over half an hour ago but now you never even knew about it? Very upsetting and sad! Now’s it’s 9:30 and my family still hasn’t been fed! Do better!

Ordered a pizza waited an hour and a half, called back so they then said the pizza was on the way, for me to only have to call back 30 minutes later and they “lost the ticket” offered to make it again. Sorry no pizza is worth a 4 hour wait.

I ordered from this restaurant for carry out and the woman on the phone was very rude and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with no tomatoes and confirmed it with said woman twice and it is on my receipt no tomatoes and guess what was on my wrap TOMATOES this was the first and last time I will ever eat here

I always enjoy visiting and ordering from Padrones. They've been a staple to the town for a number of years now. You can't beat free delivery or their numerous bread appetizers. Pesto, garlic, cheesy, plain, stuffed.. Nobody compares.

It's a shame really liked this place, good food but obviously they don't care about the customers especially when it's the short comings of their employees, order 10 bone in wings got boneless, ordered baked Ziti got salad no pasta asked for square cut pizza got normal, now told the driver either bring it back or credit it to me, neither one was done and they won't own up to their mistake, lesson learned.
Absolutely our favorite local pizza restaurant! Their food is amazing every time and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! Our favorite pizza is the Cheese Burger. Must try!! Huge thanks to their staff for being the best!
