In the service industry, attitude is everything. The people working in this store today had the wrong one. The girl who took our order acted put out that they had to make something fresh. Then they proceeded to drag their feet getting it made. After all that, the food didn't have the same quality as usual. It was definitely one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a while.

Very unprofessional. Had an order to pick up for Door Dash. Store supposed to be open at 10am. Get there, door locked but could see all the employees inside and not one would come to door. Go through the drive through, no response, so I try calling the store, still no response. Go back to door which someone had finally unlocked, go inside, they literally did not have most of their items even ready yet. Heard one of the cooks say, I thought the door was locked. Then I get told it will be at least 10 minutes until order is done. Go back in 10 minutes, still not ready but they had served a couple who went in before me. Then when it was ready, gal took her sweet time even getting it bagged up. Took and hour to pick up and deliver the order. Unexceptable. These cooks have been there quite some time and know how long it takes to prep their food. Shouldn’t be an hour after you’re supposed to open.

Panda Express should be embarrassed by the employees at the Defiance, Ohio location. I ordered a takeout order. I arrived after the time I was told it would be ready and it had not even been started. I questioned this and a female employee snapped, "We've been busy." Then I was handed a Coke. I was not given a drink option online. I asked for a different drink and a male employee began arguing with me and told me I had to take what I ordered. I asked for a manager and the employees proceeded to yell and make fun of me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

This kitchen in Defiance is very hit or miss. Sometimes the chow mein is crunchy, sometimes the super greens are so under cooked you can barely eat them. Sometimes it feels like you got the chicken from Monday on a Thursday. But, Sometimes it's perfect.

I had placed an online order where it does not give you an option to select "No Ice" in your drink. When I arrived to pick up my order, I told the employee on the speaker that I did not want ice in my pop. She responded with "It's already made". So I had a nice large WATERED DOWN Dr. Pepper that day. There should not be an issue with getting a pop with no ice and I really don't understand why a pop was already made and sitting there to water down with ice in it for who knows how long before I even arrived to the speaker. I told myself I won't eat there anymore just because of this. Food price is expensive already. I should not have to accept a pop with ice in it that I didn't want.. I am the one paying for it. This was on 1/30/2024 at 12:29pm.
