Wonderful food..But the lady that took my order had blue gloves on handled my order along with handling money-cash then without changing the gloves started filling other orders and processing food with said gloves. If I remember correctly you have to change them once contaminated?

Having been to many Panda Expresses in my life, this location has consistently been by far above and beyond the best one I have been to in my life and my personal favorite thanks to Frank and his team. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the reviews here for this location and being surprised the average at this time was only 3.7 stars. For reference, although I am Asian, I am not a food connoisseur, and my taste buds lean more towards what I personally call “Americanized” Chinese food rather than full traditional. With that said, I have worked in service oriented industries so I understand quality customer service, and I was very impressed by the quality of service and the food here. The very first time I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The people taking the order welcomed me, and Frank, the manager, personally said enthusiastically, “Sir, if you see anything you want and we are low on it, we will make it fresh for you in just a few minutes!” Sure enough, I ordered something that was low and immediately I saw them start working on cooking the food fresh. Within five minutes my food was ready, fresh, and to me and my personal taste buds, very delicious. I have since repeated several times at this location because I was so impressed. When I went today, the lobby was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, so I ordered through the drive through while it was pouring rain. Frank was actually taking the order, and because the item I ordered was low and had to be freshly made, he informed me there would be just a short wait and asked me to pull to the front. In 5 minutes, Frank came out in the pouring rain to deliver me my food, and he apologized for the delay with a very pleasant demeanor. My food inside the bags was completely dry from the rain as Frank moved very quickly and efficiently and he shielded the bags of food using his arms. Personally, I would much rather wait for my food to be made fresh rather than quickly being served food that had been sitting out for a long time. Here are some photos of the freshly made food from todays pouring rain drive through visit, they may not be the most photogenic since they are in the container but I ate it all and it was, to me, very delicious. The key thing is it all looked and tasted freshly made, which is not something I can say for all other Panda Expresses. I can tell from consistent experiences, that Frank and his team care about your experience. If you have any issue with your order, please kindly let Mr. Frank the manager know. I am confident he will make your experience right. Please be kind to the workers too, as the service industry can be tough on people. Finally, I will say that I was saddened to see the average google reviews for this place are 3.7 stars when I personally felt I had a 5-star experience. But then I remembered a funny thing, there is a viral TikTok trend claiming that 3.5-star Chinese restaurants are the best. I’m sorry my 5-star rating nudges this restaurant away from 3.5 stars, but I truly believe the TikTok claim now. This location is the best Panda Express I have personally experienced, 100% thanks to Frank and his team. I highly recommend Defiance’s Panda Express without reservation.

They had me waiting after a drive thru order (for a long time, thought they forgot about me) had to go in to get my food. Manager was super apologetic. I’m like no worries, then get home to realize my order was messed up.

The food was mediocre, the chicken was very grizzly and bland. Rice was ok, egg rolls were thrown away
In the service industry, attitude is everything. The people working in this store today had the wrong one. The girl who took our order acted put out that they had to make something fresh. Then they proceeded to drag their feet getting it made. After all that, the food didn't have the same quality as usual. It was definitely one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a while.

Very unprofessional. Had an order to pick up for Door Dash. Store supposed to be open at 10am. Get there, door locked but could see all the employees inside and not one would come to door. Go through the drive through, no response, so I try calling the store, still no response. Go back to door which someone had finally unlocked, go inside, they literally did not have most of their items even ready yet. Heard one of the cooks say, I thought the door was locked. Then I get told it will be at least 10 minutes until order is done. Go back in 10 minutes, still not ready but they had served a couple who went in before me. Then when it was ready, gal took her sweet time even getting it bagged up. Took and hour to pick up and deliver the order. Unexceptable. These cooks have been there quite some time and know how long it takes to prep their food. Shouldn’t be an hour after you’re supposed to open.
