Having been to many Panda Expresses in my life, this location has consistently been by far above and beyond the best one I have been to in my life and my personal favorite thanks to Frank and his team. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the reviews here for this location and being surprised the average at this time was only 3.7 stars. For reference, although I am Asian, I am not a food connoisseur, and my taste buds lean more towards what I personally call “Americanized”...
