I just want to give a huge Thank You to this business. I placed my online pick up order and then my car wouldn't start to go pick it up. I called them to cancel my order and they were gracious enough to deliver it for me instead. Thats what I call excellent business etiquette and a good heart!

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. My pizza was nothing more than a cheese pizza with a slight taste of what I ordered. Everything was so chopped up, you couldn't distinguish what the toppings were. If you're going to be so cheap, just go out of business.

Food is great. Staff hate people, hate their job. Order started when due to pick up. They all left to hide in the break room as I watched the pizzas slide into each other. One returned, not to grab the order to prevent damage. Just to walk back again to wherever they disappear to. As she smiled (not a nice smile) and tossed the damaged pizza in the trash to start over. Without a word or glance in my direction. As of to say, we are just here to ruin your day. They weren’t even busy! Obviously new management.

It sucks when it's not the food. Always delicious always cooked to temperature but if yall could please start cutting the dang pizzas that would be great! I tried to call in and give a polite reminder but whoever answered the phone was a complete joke of an employee over something so simple. Oh well I'm not not going to eat your food over one mindless fool.

This is one of my favorite pizza places in town. They always get our order right, and it's delivered quickly. Plus! It's affordable and they always have coupons. Definitely helps in the economic disaster we live in today. The staff is always really nice and down to Earth. They'll talk to you if you're waiting.

It's a really good pizza I do not like the new way to order on the phone. I'd rather speak with a papa John's employee directly when I order but now I have to speak with an intermediate person who places the order for me I just think it's an unneeded step and it's annoying so when I visit my gf in Ohio I stop at the papa John's store and order in person which is inconvenient to ha e to wait but I'd rather wait than to accept the new way to order i feel this new way of ordering ultimately adds to the cost of the pizza because nobody works for free and I won't support something new when there was nothing wrong with the old way of ordering
