Was hesitant to try this restaurant, as I'm not a fan of chain pizza shops, but this area does not have the best mom and pop shops either, so I tried it again. I was impressed and have returned 2 more times before making this review. The food, pizza and breadsticks, were delicious and was like I remembered Pizza Hut from many years ago, before this pizza Hut went sour. On all 3 occasions my food has been piping hot and ready when promised. Definitely my go to pizza shop in Defiance from now on.

This time, our order was wrong- ordered two supreme one pepperoni and got 2 pepperoni. Barely any sauce on pizza, cheese in crust had a weird texture, and breadsticks were overcooked. Any time I have tried to call, the phone rings over and over again with no answer. Last time we did pick up, the employee came out looking like she was wearing pajamas. Not professional. Will be a long time before ordering again, if at all

Asked for super supreme n hardly anything on it. When we got home my husband and my granddaughter even I , got sick. My husband ate the most he was sick to stomach n had diarrhea even today still sick. I and my granddaughter had stomach problems n I had diarrhea. This is the third time we have gotten bad service. We may just go to Bob Evans like we were gonna go but my granddaughter wanted pizza. She's 19 n no baby.
Took it to the wrong address 2 times and made the pizzas wrong.

Delivery; ordered thin crust large with mushrooms, pepperoni and banana peppers, 25.75 $, for very few toppings. This will be very last time ordering from Pizza Hut. Shout out to the delivery guy, very polite.
