the poor waitress was alone to take orders from party of 6, 4, and a large birthday party 15 plus. She was over heated and over worked. Felt so bad for her. There was a guy in kitchen cooking and a young boy. the boy could of came out and busted tables or help take food out at least. I started Bussing tables for her.

But the decor is lacking, atmosphere feels stale. Wait staff initially not attentive (could be someone new as a waiter learning the trade) yet very friendly.

I gave the service five stars even though it was very slow when I arrived they were very busy and only two wait staff it is hard to get help these days, The food was excellent The best Italian food I have had in a while the wait was worth the food experience.
My guest ordered chicken piccata, was served a large house salad with chicken. Garlic bread, ordered first, came last. I ordered shrimp piccata and was served correctly. Both dishes were delicious.

Sam's Ristorante has THE best pizza we have ever had! We love the Chicken Carbonara pizza it has perfectly seasoned chicken and so much flavor!! We have tried others and they are all amazing as well! Hands down our favorite place for Pizza in town!!!
