Not only do they not honor coupons for subway. But they can’t even tell me when making a change to my order. I ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread on the app. When I got there they were making my sandwich. Could have just said we substituted the bread due to not having it. They quickly wrapped it instead for a surprise I guess. At least be honest since an almost plain footlong costs me almost $11.

Ordered food to pick up through the app and it said a pick up time of 1:20. I get there at that time and my meal wasn’t even started and the employee was just there talking. Took another 10 minutes just to get my food. The store was not busy. To top it all off the sandwiches were completely messy like they didn’t even try to keep it together most of the ingredients were outside of the sandwhich.

I ordered two subs from subway today and DoorDash delivered. While my fiancé was eating his veggie sub he bit down and found a huge plastic piece in his sub that loosened his tooth. Super upset about this and not sure how something of this size could be missed.

When i walked in the lady behind the counter seemed grouchy and gave me the side eye and no smile immediately i wished my usual guy was their it was 830 Told her my order which was 4 easy subs. Only 1 sub had 2 toppings the rest were plain. My usual guy walks out from the back and proceeds to finish my other 3 subs and i was happy. But the lady then put lettuce n mayo on my sub which only half the sub was spose to have lettuce When i looked back up she had put enough of both on my sub for 3subs. When the young man saw that n looked at me he knew i wasnt happy. Told him if i wanted a mayo sandwich i could have made that at home. She didnt say thank you or have a good night or happy mother's day but the young man did n does everytime i come in hes very polite n carries on a conversation while making my subs. Now i don't normally write reviews but when i found out she was the STORE MANAGER, it made it even more disappointing to know how she treated me as a customer. She could definitely take some lessons from the young man that was working on how you treat a customer. I wish i knew his name cause he definitely deserve the tip i always leave him and not her. He's always delightful. KUDOS to the young man. Do BETTER STORE MANAGER!!! Take a lesson from your employee on how to treat your customers!!!
