When i walked in the lady behind the counter seemed grouchy and gave me the side eye and no smile immediately i wished my usual guy was their it was 830 Told her my order which was 4 easy subs. Only 1 sub had 2 toppings the rest were plain. My usual guy walks out from the back and proceeds to finish my other 3 subs and i was happy. But the lady then put lettuce n mayo on my sub which only half the sub was spose to have lettuce When i looked back up she had put enough of both on...
Even if they are packed, or worst case packed with only 2 new employees, they are still nice. I've had so many variable visits here, the wait sometimes is rough but no one working there has been subpar
It really depends on who's working. Some days it's great and super fast and friendly with correct portions other times it's super slow, next to no customer service and significantly smaller than normal portions. Just wish it was more consistent with the workers.
