My son and I stoped in today to eat. We run through the drive-through often but this was our first time inside since the remodel. I searched the kiosk for 5 minutes before trying to get someone’s attention to help me find what I was looking for. The employees kept looking at me and would then just go about their business running the drive-through. When I finally asked if someone could help me they acted disgusted and I could here them arguing over who was going to come up front… I waited quite a while before someone finally came to help, however, by that time I missed the last message on the kiosk and it timed out losing the rest of our order. I told them to forget it and left...
Kiosks can be great but you still need to be willing to help customers when they need it. My grand father has a hard time with the kiosks and it's sad knowing that no-one would help him… DO BETTER!

Came here to pick up a DoorDash order and I waited 15 minutes nobody helped me so I assigned from my order and wasted gas and lost moneyalso there was not one person in the drive-through line slow workers mentally and physically today is Sunday, March 9 by the way, 1:57

Food seems okay. Just left the drive through and the girl in the window was so rude. Popping her gum, aggressively handing me my things and she ripped my bag. Normally very good experience and tonight was just not it. Would recommend anybody there but this girl

Awesome staff serving early morning eats. The dude working there cooked it up proper and the lady in drive thru was very personable and friendly. Taco Bell is also a decent place for a low carb diet but you just need to order sides and mix them together in a bowl - which they have no trouble accommodating here. I would like to see more keto options at Taco Bell but it's decent enough. The staff really shined. I don't know if I should say but I'm always happy when Taco Bell is open late at night and allows one to pick up their food in the drive thru on foot, even though the dining room is closed. I'm a truck driver so you know, late at night you can't always get decent food. But this is a great spot to stop and eat.
Dietary restrictions: If you are on low carb then order 5x sides of meats, 5x lettuce sides, 5x shredded cheese, maybe some sour cream and guac. You have to get creative at Taco Bell if you eat keto but you can deffy eat well here. And the staff at this particular location in Defiance Ohio is friendly, professional and welcoming so it's no problem if you have a strange order.
