Always check your order before leaving! The few times we've been there, some items were made incorrectly or missing. Staff was very friendly and apologetic, fixed the issue without incident! Will still return because of the kindness of the staff and how quickly they get you through the drive thru!

Just stopped in to your store. 10/10/2024
4:05 p.m. proceeded to wait at the front counter and had three different employees struggle to avoid eye contact to help me. Finally tried getting the attention of staff and again they turned their back and ignored me.
You guys want to be paid 20$ an hour to do this? Horrible service. Ill stick to going to the other location. Hope to god someone up higher on the chain sees this because its genuinely ridiculously

Place an order in drive thru today at 1pm they shorted my order I went inside and stood at the counter for 5 min while workers continued to look at me but say nothing finally I say is there a manager that can help seeing how you keep looking at me and doing nothing. A scraggly guy walks up and tells me that I’m not as important as other customers in the building. I then tell him he is rude and instead of wanting my food I want my refund. He then throws the receipt at me and tells me he isn’t refunding nothing. A lady Tanisha comes over and basically is causing more issues than just giving my money back. The guy that appears to be on drugs then continues to run his mouth. I said I wanted his name to contact his boss he then tells the lady to not give his name and then goes on to tell me how I need church and everything else. I’m not denying I didn’t say anything rude because of the rudeness that came from them. Check the cameras you will clearly see he started it by throwing my receipt at me. Why wouldn’t I defend my self. This is the kind of people this company has working for them. It’s a shame. By the way did I mention all other customers was taking care of in the lobby but me. But I’m not important but if it wasn’t for your customers you would have no job.

In my order there has been something missing the past times I have been there. The most recent time they gave me a whole different order, not one single thing i ordered was in there. Don’t know what happened to this place it use to be so good. Go to the east side Taco Bell instead they are way better!

2 chicken soft tacos and a taco salad. None of it was correct!!! Worthless, want to be paid good money, then learn the job and do it correctly!!! What's the point of going thru drive thru if I have to then go in and have them get the order correct? And no, I did NOT do that.

This store is the worst in the area. If you do mobile orders, they never put it on the mobile order pickup counter. They leave it in the back and ignore you while you wait at the counter and it gets cold
