They almost always mess up peoples' orders, mine included. Gave me a Baja Blast freeze instead of a vanilla creme limonada, and gave me a steak quesadilla instead of the CHICKEN quesadilla I had ordered! Honestly, I didn't make a big fuss about it cuz I was tired, I had just gotten off of work and waited in the parking lot of Bob Evans for my sis to get off of her shift. Plus, the line was already long, I wasn't going to hold it up any more. I ate the messed up food they gave me, but still, they've messed up SO MANY ORDERS FROM SO MANY PEOPLE. The east side is definitely better by a long shot!!
I do want to give credit where its due though- the guy at the window was super nice! That's the best part of my Taco Bell experience tonight- the guy was friendly! Still, the entire establishment on Clinton Street must do better, or they're going to lose some valuable customers.

I went through the drive thru after only ordering 1 large Baja Blast. Total was $2.00 something. When I got to the window, I was ready to do the drink/debit card switcheroo but instead, the worker said “have a good night” and didn’t grab my card at all though it was in her line of vision. Hey, free Baja Blast. I typically get pretty good service here but whenever I order a cheese quesadilla, they NEVER put sauce on it. Never ever ever. I don’t understand why because the Taco Bell quesadilla comes with the sauce. anyway - free Baja blasts so I forgive.
They refused to help me. Because I don't use the order your self thang. I don't work there. I don't get paid to take my own order! The restaurant was nasty. It was the nastiest Taco Bell I have ever seen. I'm a truck driver who eats at Taco Bell 2 times a week. I have eaten at Taco Bell for 33 years. I will never forget this location. I probably won't eat at any Taco Bell for a long time after this experience. Taco Casa can put Taco Bell out of business if they decide to grow. Be careful, Taco Bell, you can be replaced! Management didn't care about anything I said to them about the floor. He had a smug look and rude comments. SAD !

Inferior to east side Taco Bell in every way. Constantly closed without warning and leaving their mobile ordering open the amount of times I have had to call mobile support to get refunds in the past 2 months is staggering.

I always have great service here. The teens working there are so polite and well mannered. They seem genuinely happy to help. I say please and thank you, and treat them with kindness- and they do the same in return. I don't go very often, but I have never been disappointed with the food or the service.
Me and my cousins just stop by here to get food and they were a hot mess in there. 2 of our meals were wrong and the lady who took our order walked up to us and asks "Do you need something?" Instead of can I take your order. We had to wait over 5 mins for someone to take our order. The guy who ordered after us had to wait almost 20 minutes for his food. Around 5 people ordered after him and they all got there food before him. One of the employees in the kitchen kept gagging and talking about how something was so gross. She kept gagging on and off for over 3 minutes. My cousin had to say something so she'd stop. It seems like it would be common since not to make gagging noises while people are trying to eat in the lobby. My cousin is pregnant so the sound of the constant gagging noises made her lose her appetite. I don't recommend coming to this location unless you want trashy service.
