We always go here when we go to Defiance ohio. Great people, food, coffees, fruit smoothies and their pastries are the best in the area.

As I stood at the counter waiting to place my order, the cashier glanced at me as to say “oh no, now I have to work”. Then after another minute she finally stated she was “so ready to go home” and stepped to the counter to take my order. I requested the everything bagel sandwich combo, plus a donut. I received an irritated response about hash browns since the advertisement was just for the sandwich. I did not receive the hashbrown. Disappointment would be the best word here. I have been coming to TH’s since it was in Canada only. Definitely not the same.

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. One employee was training a new hire on the register and was over the top in professionalism. The place was spotless. My only problem is that Tim Hortons uses entirely too much syrup in the drinks. In general.

Everything was cold order 40 donut holes and a meal for the wife and nothing was warm or hot it was cold like they put it into the fridge and put it in the microwave, terrible
I always get a Carmel ice capp from Tim hortons everywhere I travel, so I thought to try it at this one. It was so bad, tasted sour, and I couldn't finish it without feeling sick. I don't know if they cleaned the machines before but did have a smell of cleaner in it and whip cream looked expired a little. It didn't cost much and it was a small so I didn't take it back since I was in a rush. I can say the timbits were really good and fresh.

Update... was best location until today 8/8/24 rudest staff I've ever eexperienced muttering profanity as I left restaurant at me all for cleaning up coffee creamer spill on their counter! The worker handed me my coffee I held in side of arm and got creamer on my clothes. She slide the bottom of my second coffee cup in the mess on the counter. I wiped off the counter and asked that she wipe of my cup before handing it to me. I heard her mutter and said excuse me who's right the paying customer or the worker. She said if your not happy with your order don't come back.
