Food and ice cream is amazing, service is terrible, I recently had the manager screaming at my face because I asked or 2 extra straws... Y'all need a new manager... Wouldnt reccoment for a person wanting a convo... Would reccomend over the McDonald's across the street tho!

This is like the 3rd time i have tried to get breakfast only to sit for 10min along with many other customers, pulled up to the window waited some more until finally someone sees me comes to the window to say her systems are down she can't take orders or do anything yet still getting doordash orders. Every time i see at least 5 cars leaving not to mention the ones before i got their. Come on Wendy's do better, there are many that like your breakfast (bacon egg burrito)but keep getting excuses. You're losing so much business to crappy McDonald's because of your workers or supposed systems down. Please FIX this problem!

Waited 20 min to order at the drive through, just to have the refund my money at the window because they're understaffed and closing! You couldn't complete my order, really? Get new help, get new managers, get a clue!

We ordered online and got 2 of the 6.00 combos. The burgers were real good, the fries were heavily salted and our nuggets were soggy and not crisp tasted like they were made in the microwave.We also ordered the party pack nuggets all of them were hardly cooked as well tasted microwaved soggy and not crisp whatsoever to make it even worse we came to pick up our order and they told us to pull forward and wait for our nuggets we waited almost 20 minutes for them waisting all kinds of gas thinking they would bring them out right away.We were pretty discussed waiting so long and then receiving barely cooked nuggets the ones we ate later we had to put in our air fryer for 10 minutes so we would be able to eat them.We got a email to do a survey about our food filled it out explaining what happened and never even got a response!!!

Been eating at this Wendy's for many years. It's had its ups and downs but I've never seen anything this bad as far as the food. This is on Wendys as a company (not blaming the employees here) to charge what they do for a paper thin, chewy chicken sandwich. Do Better Wendy's!

The lady who got my food was very nice and friendly. I could tell she was having a rough day, but she wasn't letting thay stop her! Nope! She had a good attitude and and uplifting!

Not a bad place, just gets backed up at times, I waited in line for 20minutes just so that the person in front of me could be handed a pop… not sure why it took so long but the foods always good.

The lady taking are order was super friendly. Her manager was extremely rude however. While I was waiting for my food I counted 17 flies buzzing around in the kitchen. Also, their menu board was missing half of the lunch menu. My fries got cold as they sat on the tray while I waited for my sandwich. Honestly, not the worst Wendy's I'd ever been to though. The one lady was very nice and the food was good.

Sometimes you order a Ghost Pepper ranch Chicken Sandwich and they give you mayo instead ghost pepper ranch. Sometimes you order 1 Sandwich and get 2 or vis versa. This place is a random grab bag fueled by drugged out losers.
