I honestly hate to even do this, but I am so so disappointed the owner couldn’t make this simple thing right.

Yesterday I had ordered a sirloin burger with onion rings, the sirloin I wanted well done - no pink. Got home and the burger was very pink. Called to let them know and that I hate to be that person but asked for credit or something back. Explained to them that I couldn’t come back but could tomorrow. I offered to save the burger and bring it back tomorrow...read full review
my family used to own Jacks pizza I still love the food every chance I get I get the tenders basket with wedges 💕 glad to see it still going strong

Jacks has always had great food! We tried the chicken bacon ranch pizza with buffalo drizzle on top & it was amazing! 10/10 recommend
