Jacks has always had great food! We tried the chicken bacon ranch pizza with buffalo drizzle on top & it was amazing! 10/10 recommend

I ordered the basket tenderloin and fries. And I told them a order of onion rings I want both. They made out the receipt right? But they didn't give me my fries. They said that you can have the fries or The Onion rings. They're the same price but the receipt shows I ordered both. I will not be ordering there anymore.

Yesterday I had ordered a sirloin burger with onion rings, the sirloin I wanted well done - no pink. Got home and the burger was very pink. Called to let them know and that I hate to be that person but asked for credit or something back. Explained to them that I couldn’t come back but could tomorrow. I offered to save the burger and bring it back tomorrow and the lady said well that’s kinda gross for 1 day old food and I said well I can take a picture and they said that’ll work.
Today I called for my credit, the lady had no problem finding my credit and said was this the credit from yesterday Anderson? I said yes. Ordered that along with a 21inch pizza and onion rings. Went to go pick up the food and they said they had no credit and the owner came to me to let me know she has strict policies for this kind of thing and doesn’t recall the credit and that she was telling the lady yesterday what to say to me on the phone. I said well here’s the picture and even the slip says no pink well done and it clearly is very pink.. she said well there’s nothing I can do do you still want your food and I said that’s unfortunate and no thank you and drove off.
Could have been handled so easily, and I’m not sure how as an owner you couldn’t see the issue and fix it. We have ate at jacks for years.
Food is so good but the way this was handled doesn’t make me want to recommend or give my money too.

Order 2 Large Pizzas and 1 small Pizzas for Saturday get together. Pizza was made on time. Very good pizza. Will be ordering from again.

One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Live in Texas and there is nothing to compare to Delphos pizza. When you pick up the box, you know there is a substantial meal hidden inside. Cooked to perfection with very fresh ingredients. One of my stops when I visit friends and family. Highly recommended.

This was my moms first job, and mine too! I grew up eating Jacks Pizza, it was such a staple in my childhood. Jacks always has my heart!! 🍕♥️
