So the people that own the place (the older couple are and have always been super nice to me) it’s their daughter or whoever works with them that makes me never want to come back in. I haven’t since the last time. She is always in a “I don’t care” attitude and even tho the food is good I have been going to Lima for Chinese food just because of her. Every time I call up there it’s very rude like and even dealing with her in person is super unprofessional. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there. She is killing this business.

The food was okay, but the customer service was terrible. I called in and got one-word responses, and wasn’t told my order number or total. They hung up on me without warning that they don’t accept cards. There’s an ATM inside, but there’s a fee associated with it. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I won’t be ordering from here again.

We love Jing Fong. We don’t live close enough to be regulars any more but it is still our favorite place for Chinese! The expedience and service are always top notch and every dish we have had from here is wonderful. You can see what we ordered in the photos I took and I 100% recommend trying them.
We have been enjoying Jong Fong for years and years! Never disappointed! Our little town is lucky to have a great Chinese option!

In store menu states restaurant opens at 10:30, Mon thru Sat. Arrived about 10:40 and was told they are not yet open. States online , also, they are open at 10:30. If this is not there hours, they need to change it here and on there menu.
