i love chicken nuggets but my experience at this place was very unacceptable. the service was questionable when they stole my gucci shoes. then ronald mcdonald showed up and threw a gallon of geese at my elderly grandma in a wheelchair because they don’t like wheelchairs. they did not give me a patty for my hamburger so i was a little bummed dude. the lettuce was bussin though. also i’m pretty sure the apples ruined my gallbladder. surgery is next wednesday!!!! wish me luck!!!!

I love me some breakfast and everytime I go there my order is almost messed up… I got a big breakfast and they forgot my pancakes like what and my drink then said it wasn’t on the receipt then said to make sure the screen is correct before you go to the windows but there screen is broken they have a price of paper tape on the screen stating “we know it don’t work” and I used to love their hot chocolate but now everytime I get it.. it’s like water 🤢 oh and it was blasted on the news that they used to have maggots in there mayonnaise and lettuce… this will b the last time I will NEVER be going to the DELPHOS MCDONALD AGAIN…

I did a drive through order I got home and they forgot two of my large fries and gave me two spicy chicken wraps instead of my ranch wraps and with the weather being bad I didn't want to go back and get it fixed so I called the store and told them and she hung up on me while I was talking one very mad customer.

Waited an entire hour for McDonald’s, which already sets the bar in hell. Then when the food finally shows up, half of it is missing. And somehow you still managed to mess up 4 McNuggets by only giving me 3. An hour wait for cold, incomplete food is insane.

If I wasn't already home and had to drive 10 mile and too busy return this food I would have done it !!!!! Lewis family you really need to improve this one !!! I wish I would have taken pictures.... I WILL NEVER ACCEPT A MEAL LIKE THAT AGAIN !!!!!!!! AFTER I READ THE REVIEWS LORD HELP US !! Had to pull up to wait on it!!! I think they went through the garbage to get it and heat it up !!!!! Hamburger was so thin and black I think it had been run over.....it could not have been a fresh hamburger!!!!!!!

Drive through messed up my gave me 2 double cheese burgers with no oinion and pickles and was 2 with ketchup and mustard and they put onions and pickles on it put onions on on the other ones I don't eat them cuz i can't have onions like I told the person taking my order and it was all messed up with all 4 sandwich just to let everyone know

I can say, after about a year and a half of consistent quality service I'm happy to redo my previous review. A few years ago, this McDonald's was probably the slowest we'd ever been to. We would go out of our way to go to a Walmart in Van Wert or Lima, but over the last year and a half they've really stepped up their game! Now I prefer to go to Delphos, because I know I can be in and out really quick regardless of how long the line is.

Took forever, everything is a mess, bathroom is disgusting, ketchup emtpy, receipts don’t print, took 25 minutes and the manager lady was just standing around, I’m not sure how they stay in business
