I go here before work a lot. I was the 6th car back from the drive-thru window. Ordered and still didn't wait more than 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed that they got rid of the strawberry lemonade. Will definitely still visit again.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through after already ordering. Once I finally got my food I noticed it wasn't correct and decided to drive back and go inside to get it corrected. Once I got inside I was met with an Employee Named Crystal. She is the most Rude and unprofessional Employee i have ever met ever. ZERO customer service skills whatsoever. She then proceeds to say I'm wrong that she made my order. When I showed her that it was in fact wrong she was talking negatively about me. I feel sorry for her co-workers. refunded and do not recommend.

After two unsuccessful trips to this location, felt it was needed to leave a note.
Management is a joke, they have no idea what’s even happening within their own store.
The workers genuinely either can’t or don’t read, i always get ice when it clearly says no ice, there’s always something wrong with my taco/burrito, etc. it goes on, I just don’t want to bore.
As far as service/presentation, with my most recent experience, I waited 10 minutes at the speaker, when all I had was a pickup order. After the 10 minutes, it took another 5 to get to the window, the guy hands me the wrong drink. then throws the window shut in my face before i could say anything. He didn’t open the window until I was being handed my food, so then he seemed rather annoyed I asked for a new drink. After blowing me shit, he got me a new one, I head home, opened my box, only to find a half opened, both wrapper and tortilla, burrito, spilling cheese all over the tortilla and inside of the box.
As someone who has worked a fast food job before, all it tells me is how little these people care, and I get it, it’s not NASA, it’s taco bell, but it’s still rather sad that you can’t even half assed wrap my taco and put it into the box.

We ordered our food through door dash - order was placed at 4:57. Dasher was there on time, but order was not given to dasher till almost 5:45. My nachos were cold and soggy and our drinks were only 2/3 full. It took an hour from ordered to delivered. This is the second time my door dash order has been late getting to me. I was told by someone who used to work there that they always do door dash orders last after drive through and in store. Very disappointed.
