i order on door dash from these guys iv worked at a restraunt and i made my order early in the morning and these guys aprently didnt even have ice for my frapie. frozen water guys they didnt have it. idk how they dont have it but they didnt not just that i order holliday pies from them and they just put 2 random ass pies in my bag cause they cant update there side on door dash like the other mcdonalds do. >:| this is a JOKE and not a funny one im so pissed about this crap i have allmost no expectation when it comes to ordering from a mcdonalds only to get the littlest of things i expect is the get the little amount of food i order. :|

I was really quite pleasantly surprised the fries were really hot and fresh. Too bad they didn't come with ketchup. The crispy chicken strips were hot too but we didn't get the sauce for those. The big mac was cold. Literally cold. I had my wife feel the bottom bun and it felt like it came right out of the refrigerator. The meat patties were also cold. There's no way the cold cheese was gonna melt on this sandwich. They gave us zero napkins to use for these fries. Those fries were really hot and tasty. Just no napkins. I did eat the big mac because I was hungry as hell and I'm wishing now that I hadn't. Now my stomach is churning and I know my Saturday night is going to be spent on the toilet with the trash can in my lap!! This sucks. Thank you McDonald's for the hot fresh french fries. And for the grease stains on my cars interior.

When your app doesn't work there EVER and the employees there don't know how to accompdate for the discounts nor will they discount because of THEIR issue at the store, this doesn't set well with me - DO BETTER and train your employees HOW TO USE THE APP system and also if it doesn't work - give the adjusted discounts!!

The staff is rude asf not all but most of them don’t get nuggets with any sauces because if you do they don’t give it to you and if you go back in and ask for it they tell you they will have to charge you now I don’t mind paying extra for one but I didn’t get any in my order at all just always had a bad experience here
