burgers we got were overly stale, and hard as a rock, loaded with onions. mcflurry was 1/3rd carmel, and was not properly mixed (did not use mcflurry machine). staff was not friendly nor personable. terrible experience

Very disorganized. Been there several times and they've been out of ice, when they give you your order they call it out and set it on the counter without giving your drink cup to you. When i order big breakfast i always have to ask for butter and syrup, which at other McDonald's they put 2 syrups and 3 butters in a smaller bag with your hash brown. I do mobile orders there and the order is never done on time.

Can't give any stars. Signs says Open 24 hours but at 3:13am, they posted a sign saying reopen at 4:15am. Not sure why because the works were outside gossiping.

Employees at the window were very rude. When asking a question they were quick to get defensive even when asking to pay for extra sauces. Management needs to do better with customer service and how their employees treat customers who are just coming to get a quick lunch.

I'm trying to figure out how my son's six piece nugget happy meal was really just a box full of big mac sauce instead of chicken nuggets??? I understand mistakes happen, but this is one that I can't wrap my head around. I checked the bag for the boxes and thought they fulfilled the order correctly. I never dreamed I would have to actually open the box of nuggets to make sure there was actually nuggets in the damn box! How could you possibly confuse chicken nuggets with big mac sauce? I'm gobsmacked, and my son is hungry. Thanks a lot for taking my money and leaving a child hungry. If you eat here, you better check your boxes before you leave this location. This is crazy.

Says 24 hours is definitely not 24 hours. I install flooring so getting off at different times at night and looking for a quick bite to eat and couldn't even get it. I submitted an hours change so no one gets fooled like me. Employee just sitting in the parking lot not doing a dang thing.
Yall know the deal it would be zero if possible. But that’s not how this works. They never have ice. Not ice cream you heard me right ICE CUBES. It’s absurd. What restaurant in 2025 cannot supply ice cubes? I go here nearly every day and I the frequency which this occurs is nothing but mind boggling because we are not talking about some small mom and pop place struggling to make ends meet.

It's a McDonald's. It's fast, but it's greasy and not as cheap as it used to be. I'm sure the employees are fine, but it's hard to rate service when everything is automated and we wouldn't have interacted with them at all other than to be warned their ice machine was broken.
