Dude . I keep trying it and hoping it gets better . I’m not expecting 5 star chefs . Just basic consistency and cleanliness .
Atmosphere : Walked in and counter employee talking on speaker phone or FaceTime with long charging chord hanging on counter . Just ordered on the tablet - bakery item and cappuccino nothing wild .
I have come to work here on my laptop to focus and i must say it’s tough recently , This place is so gross in the dining areas . Every single table has days of grime under it . Ice machine is so loud could give you a migraine . Which is cool to have while you want to chill in a “cafe” setting .
Food: I mean it’s McDonald’s fancier food. I stick with basic things here . They can’t be cleaning the kitchen if they aren’t cleaning the rest of the space . In the recent past they have forgot items in my Togo order,
It stinks i use to actually enjoy Panera .

For sure understaffed but the food is always super good! The front counter lady was so nice to me when I just stopped in for a hot coffee. ❤️ They’re quite expensive but that’s not the locations fault.
Pathetic! charged 12.99 for a sandwich and it was not enough meat to fill my big toe on the bread.

Unfortunately I now must give this location 1 star. Again tonight, my order is incorrect completely as is usual. I have contacted the store and/or company and let them know last 3 times out of 5+. Once they corrected mistake. The other 2 times. Nothing. Not even apology. I think they do it on purpose now, since I order through the app, they know who I am now and this is becoming a joke or game. I live approximately 25 minutes from this location, and probably same to Colerain which is what we will now be doing. Until they can explain this.
Tonight, my receipt even says correct order I placed. The bag, is not what we ordered. I ordered chicken salad, I got tuna salad and you can’t tell? Then maybe add more tuna bc it was basically eating bread with onion. Then we had a surprise salad we did NOT order, and my husband’s sandwich we don’t even know what that was.
