Unfortunately I now must give this location 1 star. Again tonight, my order is incorrect completely as is usual. I have contacted the store and/or company and let them know last 3 times out of 5+. Once they corrected mistake. The other 2 times. Nothing. Not even apology. I think they do it on purpose now, since I order through the app, they know who I am now and this is becoming a joke or game. I live approximately 25 minutes from this location, and probably same to Colerain which is what we will now be doing. Until they can explain this.
Tonight, my receipt even says correct order I placed. The bag, is not what we ordered. I ordered chicken salad, I got tuna salad and you can’t tell? Then maybe add more tuna bc it was basically eating bread with onion. Then we had a surprise salad we did NOT order, and my husband’s sandwich we don’t even know what that was.
Friendly workers. But please……. Accuracy!!!

I haven't been in a Panera in a while because im vegan now. But I found something:). Got the veggie sandwich ( added Avocado amd subtracted feta ). It was tasty. Ingredients always quality. Used their self service kiosks which i haven't before. Smooth process. Clean and comfortable seating area. Outside seating available as well.

A cashier could use some training for sure. I understand that but the other employees are rude and have zero customer service skills. I don’t know if that guy was the manager today or what but clearly very rude. I I won’t be going back there again.

I didn’t order anything because they were out-ok, it’s the holidays, so went to a different location. That wasn’t the issue mainly. When I opened their door with my right hand to their right-side door, it opened very fast and forcibly. My nephew noticed the door hinge on the top was apart, causing it to open the way it did. There was no warning, no paper sign saying to use the other door or warning about the door. Now, I have shoulder pain and I cannot raise my hand above my head without a lot of pain. This needs to be fixed immediately.
If you go to eat there,dine in you can't get waited on ,everytime we go there ,not busy two people cooking noone in the dining room and you still can't get waited on. I think it's pretty bad that you have to yell back and ask if you can get waited on .bad service!

$3.75 for a diet coke is insane. When the employee behind the counter wouldn't recommend the overpriced mac and cheese. Until these places become way less proud of their food, they're circling the drain.

First and far most customer service was extremely awful. This staff was rude. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes because they forgot part of my order (after paid/got my food) before I was even acknowledged. Told by the girl "ill be there in a minute" she never came out then another worker came by to help me. My grilled cheese was barely cooked. They had no baguette bread or brownies. After I paid for the brownie they didn't even give it to me or tell me it was sold out. I was very disappointed in this place and I will not be returning. I normally don't care for small little things but the fact of how rude everyone was is why I will not be returning
