A cashier could use some training for sure. I understand that but the other employees are rude and have zero customer service skills. I don’t know if that guy was the manager today or what but clearly very rude. I I won’t be going back there again.

I didn’t order anything because they were out-ok, it’s the holidays, so went to a different location. That wasn’t the issue mainly. When I opened their door with my right hand to their right-side door, it opened very fast and forcibly. My nephew noticed the door hinge on the top was apart, causing it to open the way it did. There was no warning, no paper sign saying to use the other door or warning about the door. Now, I have shoulder pain and I cannot raise my hand above my head without a lot of pain. This needs to be fixed immediately.

If you go to eat there,dine in you can't get waited on ,everytime we go there ,not busy two people cooking noone in the dining room and you still can't get waited on. I think it's pretty bad that you have to yell back and ask if you can get waited on .bad service!

$3.75 for a diet coke is insane. When the employee behind the counter wouldn't recommend the overpriced mac and cheese. Until these places become way less proud of their food, they're circling the drain.

First and far most customer service was extremely awful. This staff was rude. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes because they forgot part of my order (after paid/got my food) before I was even acknowledged. Told by the girl "ill be there in a minute" she never came out then another worker came by to help me. My grilled cheese was barely cooked. They had no baguette bread or brownies. After I paid for the brownie they didn't even give it to me or tell me it was sold out. I was very disappointed in this place and I will not be returning. I normally don't care for small little things but the fact of how rude everyone was is why I will not be returning
I’ve been to this location a few times over the years and it seems to go downhill a little bit more each time. Today was no exception and made us say “I don’t think I’ll go here again”. Started off with standing around for 5-6 minutes for anyone to help place a cash order. Had to go find a employee to assist. They were out of both baguettes and apples, so the only free side option was chips. Credit to the employee who did substitute a fruit cup in place of the apple for someone in our family. The restaurant itself was kind of filthy - trash on the floors, tables not cleaned with left over dishes and trash, the drink station was out of lids, along with black water on the floor - it all makes you question the cleanliness of where food is prepped, stored, etc. In the end, there was only a few people in the place and McAlister’s across the street looked busy, so that might be the better choice if you’re in the area.
