I haven't been in a Panera in a while because im vegan now. But I found something:). Got the veggie sandwich ( added Avocado amd subtracted feta ). It was tasty. Ingredients always quality. Used their self service kiosks which i haven't before. Smooth process. Clean and comfortable seating area. Outside seating available as well.
If you go to eat there,dine in you can't get waited on ,everytime we go there ,not busy two people cooking noone in the dining room and you still can't get waited on. I think it's pretty bad that you have to yell back and ask if you can get waited on .bad service!
I come here for breakfast at least 4 times a week on my way to work. Every morning I am greeted by either Lena or Jacob. They have great customer service skills, and always serve me with a smile and a “have a nice day.” Without fail they are a wonderful start to my day on my way to work. The two of them always go above and beyond. I hope that these two people are being compensated well for their wonderful work. Great work guys!
