Night shift seems to have some management issues it’s 11 o’clock at night, but I didn’t get my onions on my five ways skyline usually pretty good about putting what they’re supposed to in a bag so I didn’t check until I got home It kind of ruined my five ways

I want to express the deliciousness of the Classic Chicken Wrap that the Dent location always makes. (I’ve tried other location’s chicken wrap and it did not taste the same at all.)The wrap is always made with the same consistency - THICK outer layers of lettuce (my favorite part!). The lettuce is always crisp and fresh. Very refreshing for a hot summer day. 100% recommended! Thanks for making the perfect Classic Chicken Wrap!

Eating inside is great. Everything is spot on. The drive thru, has been for the most part reliable. However this evening was not one of those times. This was the second time, out of the last three times i went through, they messed my order up. First they gave me the shuffle, one takes money, you ask for hot sauce & crackers, she says fine, then disappears. Someone else gives me my order, which didn't have onions for my four way, didn't get the hot sauce i requested, nor the extra crackers.

Something is wrong when you spend $45 and can't get some crackers and hot sauce. C'mon. ONE bag of crackers, no hot sauce. Other locations normally ask if you want some at least if they aren't going to include it already

Keyrstin was absolutely amazing. She recommended some food, absolutely amazing service. Its rare you go to a place and someone like this provides this kind of service. The food coming from someone out of town, is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you Keyrstin for being a great waitress and taking time out to recommend stuff to me.
Be careful here if you ever get anything with onions, sometimes they don't end up in the bag. But otherwise no issues.

This Skyline Chili location was spotless and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely upbeat—which always makes a meal taste better. Speaking of taste: the food was absolutely delicious! As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the vegetarian-style black bean chili—especially in the classic three-way style. It was flavorful, comforting, and totally satisfying. It’s great to see a Cincinnati icon offering something for everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered meal and 2 pieces of cheese cake $6.50 a piece. When we ate the cake it smelled and tasted of onions. Could not eat it.
