On a freeway truck stop, I was expecting a low treatment... However, that's the best client service I've ever gotten in any fast food, for real. All four hands and feet thumbs up for Richie, give that guy a raise ! Very gross sub we tried to eat ...hair on the lettuce and meat was nasty also...poor management for sure... manager outside smoking most of the time...

Place was just awful in people were rude food is made now behind something you can't even see what they are doing to your food mine and my husband s were the supposed to be the same size they cut my husband's sub as 4 inches we paid for to 6 inches i asked the lady if it was a 6 inch she told me yes there all the same size clearly his was not and then I asked for the elite chicken bacon ranch and they expected me to know what went on it like I told you I wanted it made the way it comes and she just said we don't make the like that unless you ask for it I said I did ask for it and she ignored me and I was like ok I guess I'll put on what I can see on the board they had 3 people trying to put veggies on mixing everybody's stuff was utterly ridiculous

They don't maintain their inventory and their substitutions are labeled wrong. You will NOT get what you ordered, and the staff will refuse to make it right until you throw an absolute fit.

Kourtney was the rudest subway employee I have ever met in my life. After reading all these other reviews how does she still have her job? It's ridiculous the poor woman working with her was an older lady just trying her best to stay out of the way and do her job. She needs a serious attitude adjustment.
