Being I have moved from Nevada a few months ago it was time for me to fine a good vitamin and supplement shop. And BOY have I found one. This place is great! Everyone was nice friendly, helpful and so full of great information. I have my new supplement home. Can't wait to go back and try the bulk teas and get a drink.

Very cute cafe, great food and friendly service, located inside a health food store. We ordered the soup of the day, grilled vegetables and mushroom melt sandwiches and split them. All was very fresh and tasty and will definitely stop by there again!

My husband and I purchased over $100 worth of supplements yesterday, and when I checked my bank records this morning ( I do this every morning before the banks open) I found 2 pending withdrawals from Healthy Alternatives for the same total as I purchased for the same day of the purchase. I'm sure this was an error, but BE CAREFUL this doesn't happen to you. Check with your bank immediately.

When I started my health journey 10 years ago, this was where I went to first! Before it became the trend to be paleo, keto, gluten-free, etc., this was the only local store that had options! They are pricey, but it is supporting the local economy. So, I do try to shop here when I can. Their food is also really delicious!

Honestly , I don’t know how this place is even in business. The products are absolutely terrible (especially the makeup), and the owner Connie? I’m astounded that a owner of an incredibly small shop in a small town (where word gets around fairly quick) would speak to others the way she does; As if we’re so beneath her. Simply a revolting personality.
