How softies doesn't have a perfect 5.0 is beyond me. Always good no matter what you get! You can never go wrong with ice cream!

What could be better than visiting your childhood HOMETOWN and enjoying the best Ice Cream. They have great food, I enjoyed many a lunch there during my High School years. Look what I found on my visit home to Dover Ohio from Texas.

Really great place! Small shop, with a wide selection. As someone with a dairy allergy it is really amazing to see dole whip being offered and them mixing it into other menu items they offer. I've seen many other places just offer it straight and do nothing with it. The staff working were also very helpful. I explained my dairy allergy and they were more than happy to help.

I was nieve to think that all places of business treat everyone the same. My first visit to Dovers softees was awesome! Young people at the counter contributed to my mission to visit again, plus my softee was excellent. I drove from Canton just to patřronize Dovers Softee, and the servers today were horrible. First off, the older clerk had an attitude when I asked simple question about flavors, she put me off on second clerk. Who insisted I go wait in .the car while my foods prepared.my passenger wanted water, when I went back to winsow she didn't give me a chance to ask...she told me to move out of the way.. there are other customers besides me. I am 60ish grown woman and didn't appreciate the put off, my order was wrong, but when I called it in they went back n forth on why it was my fault for not asking for reciept I love these Softies? But I won't return..I'll save on gas, extreme prices, and a bad customer service

Milkshakes use to be thick and good, lately they are very liquidy, hardly any thickness, it’s like chocolate milk. Sadly won’t be going as often
