The wait to get my food is ridiculous. It was already and sitting and I had to wait for someone to give it to me. While other people were working on other things. But I don't understand why I couldn't have just gotten my food if it was already ready?

Was disappointed when I came in to pick up a doordash order, not only was the service bad, and the worker had a snarky attitude, but the woman making a sub wasn’t wearing gloves, or washing her hands in between touching other things about the kitchen. she was going around touching many different things around the kitchen, then she wiped her hands on her jeans, and proceeded to add Ingredients on the sandwich. I understand not wearing gloves if you’re working with dough, but this was a sub. Also hairnets are kinda required nowadays. Do better.

Well I placed a order for delivery. And my order has special items be left off one pizza. So I called them back about the issue. It took me 10 minutes and 3 phone calls to geta answer to get the problem fixed. So they send a second special request pizza. And when we got the second one. We opened the box and I was did not ok like someone just threw this one together. I will say that we order a lot of food from this place. And we will not be using this east of Chicago pizza any longer. Now I have to say that the lady that delivered was so very nice and apologized. I just thought that other should know of these thing's.

Dietary restrictions: Those of us who love East of Chicago Pizza but who cannot eat the crust, whether because of eliminating carbs or avoiding gluten, will be delighted to discover crust-free pizza bowls! The pizza taste you've learned to love, without the guilt!
Went to get our food around 2:50, and the girl wearing a shirt that said “Fun fact, I don’t care” working dropped my food on the ground didn’t apologize, just picked it up and handed it to me, and didn’t welcome us in, didn’t ask us our order or anything all she said is “do you want a receipt” and before helping us she was standing by the oven playing on her watch. Very poor experience, and they lost my customer service, I would rather drive 20-30 minutes to get another east of Chicago than go to that one.

called to place order at 1030 for delivery at 1145 they stated they had another pick up then but would be closer to noon. They never showed up till 12:40 which lunch is pretty much over. Will never order from there again. Next time will be from New Philly and we will see how much better they are. Over a $150 order was placed. Food was cold when we got it also.
