Well to start with, the ice tea tasted old. Maybe made with city water too. I had water with lemon and yeah it was city water. The Crab cakes were good but cold.
My wife got the ceaser salad, ribeye steak, she's pretty sure that it was a sirloin. But instead of the usual side that comes with the steak, she wanted a side of spaghetti instead. Please let the waitress know that you want this on a separate plate or bowl. Otherwise it will be put on/next to the steak. Maybe a New dish instead of spaghetti and meatballs. Which did have a scorched flavor.
I got the romane wedge salad, first time having it. Then I got the Crab, Shrimp linguine. I would recommend that. I got a Tiramisu for dessert, but I brought that home and I'll eat that tomorrow.
The waitress could have done better.and no manager coming and asking if everything is good.

Do not sleep on this place! Fresh food, delicious sauces, select menu with something for everyone. The lasagna will have you coming back again and again and the lobster ravioli is amazing. If you’re thinking about getting the calamari, do it!

We stopped in for lunch before going to the Warther Museum. We met Tony who owns and runs the place. He's a very friendly and nice man. We asked why a place with a Spanish name serves Italian food. He is originally from Mexico, but he work many years here in the States in Italian restaurants and he loves Italian cuisine.

We ordered the Kabob Special. Three skewers one shrimp, one chicken, and one steak. Served with penne pasta in marinara, two house salads, and mashed potatoes. Its a sharable. It was perfect for a couple looking for a light lunch. The special, two drinks, tax and top, $40. Excellent pricing, good amount of food, excellent friendly service, TASTY authentic Italian flavors. Shrimp, chicken, and steak were cooked to perfection.

Don't let the name fool you. It is an Italian restaurant and tavern. However, with the name and looking at some of the artwork on the walls inside, I believe they may eventually switch to a Mexican style menu. I am not sure of this though. There are TVs around the dining room with various sports programs on but they are not loud so you can have a nice quiet meal if you'd like. The food was fabulous. The service was excellent.
