Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Tried the chili cheese dog which was was not nearly as good as I'd hoped. Also messy to eat. Will be back for a burger though I'm sure.

Tables were dirty floors were dirty. Windows were dirty poor service. Third of the drinks in the drink machine were empty. Very slow service. However, food was good.

The food is good. But this place cannot get an order right. They consistently forget items. From fries to entire meals. I really don't get it. They also do not respond when you reach out to them about the issue.

Service was great! The lady was doing everything by herself while the manager was doing an "interview." She hustled! Very good work ethic.

We ordered burgers, fries, some chicken strips etc. burger patty’s smaller than a McDouble from McDonald’s. Paid 13 bucks for a meal we could have gotten for 4 elsewhere. Ordered 3 different pops and a root beer float. Every drink was flat. First time being here and it’s definitely the last time. Over priced for thin patty burgers that are worse than McDonald’s. They also give you extra root beer for your root beer float, which means nothing considering it’s also flat.

Id forgotten they load up your burger with everything instead of asking what you actually want. The entire order went in the trash. What a complete waste. I won't return

Dietary restrictions: They load all the condiments by default. If onions make you nauseous you need to remember to state that when ordering

We was there for dinner Saturday. We was very impressed with the friendliness of Tifany, The girl that took our order. Our food was great, And we loved the fry sauce! See you next time Freddys!

Food is always great, once you finally get it. Takes forever to get waited on, most of the time it’s a bunch of teenagers just standing around. Place is not kept clean or stocked in the lobby. Looks like milk for milkshakes spends more time on the counter than in the fridge. Again food is always consistently good from here but this place is the product of being ran by teenagers so good luck if you’re in any kind of hurry I’ve seen people move faster and have better attitudes at nursing homes. Also half of the staff doesn’t wear gloves and the one girl was playing with her hair half the time I was in here. I wouldn’t normally leave this poor of a review but these are consistent issues.

No ketchup mustard or pickle on my burger. Warm iced tea. Forgot the side ketchup after asking twice. Food was hot at least.

This place could be good. Food served warm not hot. Their prices service felt almost rushed not very inviting. This is considered a fast food restaurant… Stopped in on wintry cold evening. I dined in order my food. It didn’t take long. Had to keep my coat on. Temperature inside is chilly the other customers also had their winter jackets on when dining in the place was clean seemed very efficient. The food wasn’t bad. My steak burger/sub was a little salty. A bit pricey for fast food. I will visit this establishment and give another review another time, but for now this is my honest opinion Based off my first visit.
