I ordered the Margherita pizza Friday for lent, they told me 30 minutes, I went in 25 minutes later and "A" pizza was there for me. The box felt cold for what was supposed to be a fresh pizza out of the oven.I BELIEVE that I was handed a pizza that someone else ordered and then never picked up.Unfortunately I've gotten questionable food from gioniono's several times now.It's kinda sad because going to this location is convenient but they can't seem to get it right.

The food is delicious. Update 2/22/24 dropping to 3 stars. I'm not sure what happened, New staff maybe a change in recipes or ingredients. The pizza is so greasy, I'm not sure if it should be eaten. The coleslaw tasted funny, like something was spoiled.The wings are still good. I'm not sure if it's worth 51+dollars and tip though. 2/23/24 My wife called and talked to the manager, about this issue so it can be corrected

Waited 2 hours for my pizza and cheese bread. Payed 44 dollars and gave a 10 dollar tip with my card. When pizza arrived everything was completely cold.. I called back and all they could do for me was give me 25% of next order with them. I'm not impressed at all.. You can hold the pizza in your hand and it's stiff like cardboard. Its like a crusty speedway pizza that sat in the warner all day...

They will never get another dollar from me. Terrible customer service, snarky responses from teenagers. Lying managers, said my order was being remade and waited for 2 hours. Called back to be told that I would get a credit and that they are closed. Then the closing manager proceeds to state the other manager left.

Never disappoints! My husband has been out of the country on business for 2 weeks and usually when he gets back, pizza (and many times your amazing chicken!) always sounds good. Gioninos always delivers (literally) with fresh, hot, delicious pizza. Friendly employees and always on time. Highly recommend!

I asked for 4 pizzas on a short time frame. When I went to pick them up pizzas were ready when I arrived. Kudos to them making me 4 pizzas on a moments notice. Oh and by the way the pizza was excellent.
