We really enjoyed the Hoodletown mac flatbread and buffalo chicken rangoons. Sat at the bar and service was good. Beer was okay. We tried about half of them and only really liked the Hoodle Hill and Winfield Wheat.

Best place to go for a home brew and Sammie when in the Dover / New Philly area

Fun brewery with great service. Mykaela was helpful and quick with service, suggestions and getting our growlers to go. The ham and cheese, chicken tenders and potato soup were so good. As were our sour and beer.

Lovely hometown brewery. Lots of choices, but Wolverine Tears was awesome! And Mikaela was great!

If you’re in Dover stop here and get a pint and a burger or flatbread. You’re welcome.

1st time here and I will most definitely be back. Beer was lovely, food was good and the bar regulars were a great conversation. Great way to take the edge off the week with a Friday Happy Hour. Will definitely be back soon!

Here's the skinny showed up on a Saturday early evening and we're seated right away. Then waited 30 mins to then have to flag the manager(possible owner) down and say hey we haven't seen anyone to our table to take even a drink order. He took our drink order and did give me a free beer (it's why I gave 2 stars instead of one) Tried the Cherry Wheat and tasted good but felt like it was too carbonated. (I have worked at 3 breweries in the past and know beer pretty well) Now the food me and wife ordered burgers with tasted like frozen Bubba brand burgers, the bacon jam was good but could be from a jar and honestly the best thing we had was the fries which were the normal fries you get anywhere. Also what kind of resturant has there (possibly) tipsy patrons go retrieve their food (mind we were up a set of stairs), screams liability. Also one of the staff (our waiter) shit talked a beer as too foamy, which as an owner I would have put him out of a job right then as you bring concerns to management not to the customer. Overall probably will never come back as me and the wife have been spoiled by other breweries in the surround area with both better food and better and more consistant beer.

A mixed bag here. The only food we ordered, blue cheese chips, were really good. The service was good. The beer was not good. Actually, I have no idea how the beers tasted because their carbonation was soooo off that the beers lacked all flavor. You can see in the pics how little carbonation they all had. Ummm, that’s were the flavor happens, with the right temperatures and right carbonation levels these beers may have been fabulous, but we will never know.

I'm a musician from NE ohio and I had the pleasure of playing at Hoodletown this past weekend. Great atmosphere, Great Beer, and a really friendly staff. Would recommend.

Nestled in Dover, Ohio, Hoodletown Brewery offers a welcoming atmosphere with ample seating in its repurposed industrial warehouse and a spacious outdoor patio. The place is spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to relax.

The menu features classic bar food with a twist, and my family couldn’t get enough of the fried pickles, burgers, and chicken fingers. The table service was prompt and friendly, enhancing our dining experience.

Beer enthusiasts will appreciate their diverse selection of craft beers, each with a fun name. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter porter, aptly named Wolverine Tears. The staff was genuinely nice, and their merchandise selection is worth checking out!

Food was spot on and the beer was very good too. Both flat read pizzas we had were delicious. The picker up peaches was really good.
