Quit eating at Kentucky fried Chicken because the food's never done right thought I'd give them another chance after a year nope never go back again Chicken wasn't done on the inside tasted nasty they just need to close the doors since they can't ever get their chicken done right

What happened to putting napkins, butter and forks in with your food? I ordered 16 pc meal and that's almost $50 and they can't spare $1 to help make your eating more easier.

The new way of running this restaurant where you have less people and the screens that the customer has to order themselves is absolute garbage!! I walk in and there's no one to help me because it's basically all automated. I came through the drive-thru got a large potato wedge and a bucket of chicken. My potato wedges were undercooked cold and it was half full if that! So now I try to call and no one answers the phone at all I called for 20 minutes. Then I have to drive back down there while my chickens at home getting cold and I'm waiting because there is no one at the register to help you because you have to check out yourself. Not only that they are extremely understaffed because of this new thing. This place is busy It's always busy I'm tired of the owners always making all the money and screwing over the workers and the customers because there's no other KFC to go to. If you own this restaurant how dare you. You need more employees and take those screens that are in front and throw them in the garbage cuz nobody likes that. That's why steak and shake in Canton has no business because they switch to the check out yourself screens and they have no servers. I am not happy. Then I get home and open up my chicken I ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket variety and it's all legs and thighs I could literally flip out right now I'm so pissed so now I'm on my way back down to get the chicken fixed.

Waited an hour on our food!!! We ordered one spicy chicken 6 piece chicken tenders and one non spicy and they sent both spicyš¤!! They were arguing in the chicken!! I donāt recommend it at all!!!!!!!!! The floor was very slippery

Slow service, poor communication with customers. Staff was very polite, but you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes at a fast food place.
August 10, 2025 we drove from canton to go to Tuscarora water park. We arrived around 1:30 and left after 6:40 stopped here on our way back to canton because the kids wanted a chicken sandwich. Lord the lady that ran drive thru didn't give us anything šš¤¦āāļø we got food no napkins, she handed us drinks no straw we literally had to ask for those items. Then as we get further down I realized I had no Silverware for our sides and I wanted a extra crispy breast & wing I got a thigh and drum stick. Coleslaw was missed in 1 meal Didn't turn around because we just didn't even feel like turning around on the highway & was so tired and ready to go home after a long day of heat and swimming.

I have currently been in the drive thru line for no jokeā¦ almost 40 minutes. I did an online order I wouldāve already left. A couple cars behind me already have. Iām still the third car in line. This is unbelievable. Last time I ordered here.. they didnāt have the chicken tenders I orderedā¦ so I couldnāt pick up my online order. Took more than a week of constantly messaging, trying to get a hold of a customer service agent on the app to even get my refund started. And I lost the rewards I used in the process. I will never ever ever come to kfc again.
