I stop in the drive thru about 3 days a week. I order 2 scrambled eggs, sausage and chocolate Milk. 2/3 of the time my eggs are dry and flat. Even if I've asked for fresh eggs. I like my eggs fluffy and still shiny. Please don't make your eggs too far in advance. They only take a few minutes. I'm considering not coming anymore.

BE CAREFULL!!!!! I ordered a medium coffee and when I pulled up to the drive thru window, the employee handed the coffee to me with the lid barely on. Needless to say, the hot coffee spilled all over my hand. After a yell and a couple words I shouldn't have said on a Sunday, I held my hand with napkins I had in my truck. The employee took the cup back and secured the lid on the now half empty cup of coffee and started to hand it back to me. I asked if I could at least have a new cup of coffee since the first one was mostly gone and still throbbing on my hand. The manager just looked at me and asked what was wrong as I don't think she saw it. I told her and she said she was sorry. So basically I still had to pay for my burning incident.

Stopped at this McDonald's at 10:30 Saturday March 8th. Myself and a gentleman waited to have our orders taken. After 5 minutes he left, I waited a minute more and left. 4 employees looked at both of us and just kept working in the back. Not one said they would be right there. Great Customer Service! Will not return!

Missing food in my order, returned with my receipt and the manager -Gretchen- refused to return my money because they said I should have called first and not just returned with my receipt. 😳 worst customer service ever. So i did not get the food I paid for or my money back.

I'm really disappointed, like always you go to this place. Today, I went inside because always they given you the cool food or something wrong all the time. I went inside, and the fries were cold , I asked the girls if I could get another fries, but she said I didn't lose my time with costumes, and she left and I need too eat food again with no fries. I never going to lose my time either. I never go to this place again, I prefer to go to another place.

Terrible greasy nasty disgusting hamburger they serve here.. first set of burgers we're soaking in grease and second free burger just the nasty same! Avoid this md travelers!!! Mgr was kinda rude about it!!
