Today is the last day that I will ever go to this store. Rude, un professional, slow at there job and makes fun of there customers when there at the drive through. Refusing to make orders from online they tell you to bad it will be 24hr to a week before you get your refund. Do not go here. You have been warned.

Worst McDonald's in t county. If you order inside, you'll wait about 15 minutes. Go through the drive through and it's anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. Specifically in the afternoon. Morning is usually fine. Incompetent workers.

Chairs were stuck to the floor. I felt gross sitting there. The bathroom walls were so dirty, I don't feel like anyone cleans here.

I stop here every so often. My wife stops here a few times a week, she uses the app. as well. We stop here on Saturday Nov. 1st just before noon. I got a McCrisp chicken sandwich. Looked good on the menu board. She got a burger and fries. WITHOUT A DOUBT, THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER GOTTEN ANYWHERE. It may as well have been piece of meat in the back of the grill from the day before. The chicken had the consistency closer to rubber then it did of chicken. SO GROSS. We were headed to Cincinnati so turning around wasn't happening. We tried to call the store but no one answered. It'll be a cold day in Dover before I go back here.

Terrible not enough help and waited 30-45 minutes for two breakfast meals place was not organized and management was terrible until the second manager showed up then he kicked things in gear fast!

Worst McDonald’s EVER!!! The staff is extremely rude. They sound bothered that you dare come through the drive thru. And forget thank you or have a nice day. Worst customer service around. Someone needs to teach these kids they work in the customer service field and maybe they are better off not dealing with the public!!!
