We were in town for a game and stopped for breakfast. I judge every restaurant by their biscuits and gravy for breakfast and their reuben sandwich for lunch/dinner. Mindy's biscuits and gravy were PERFECT. Coffee was great as well, and my wife really liked her breakfast sandwich. Prices are super affordable and the service was on point.Couldn't be happier! Dover, you guys got a gem of a restaurant in your downtown!
