Got a pizza with no sauce and they said it “cooked into the pizza” but there wasnt any. Gave me a hard time about it. This was 7-15-24 at 9:00pm. Got them to remake it but really? Its in the pizza? Do they think were stupid?

I ordered the new bundle deal twice. The food was fresh, hot and oh so delicious!!!!! The price for all the food you get is phenomenal!!!!! I have to say that all the food was phenomenal - totally out of this world!!!! However, the boneless chicken wings are absolutely phenomenal!!!!! The wings are soooo big, tender and oh so tasty!!!!!!! Hands down, Pizza Huts boneless wings ARE 100% MORE BETTER THAN Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!!! 😋

I just want Thsnk the manager from Pizza Hut Dover, Ohio. I placed the wrong order. I had eye surgery two weeks ago. I did not read it correctly when I was ordering on my phone. I had my grandchildren here and I accidentally ordered the spicy pizza. I called them up and they were nice enough to deliver another pizza to me without charging me anything Excellent customer service. She was so nice and understanding to my situation. Thank you for Excellent customer service even though it was my fault

It was nice and clean inside and outside. Only 1 person was handling the drive-through window and counter. The pizza was ready when I arrived. I ordered a large Ultimate Supreme. There were enough meats but lacked vegetables. I had sweet marinara sauce, which had flavor. It was still hot when I arrived home. I ordered online and was asked to tip. When I was at the counter, I was asked again on the pin pad before being given the food. I did not find this a good company practice being asked to tip 2 times.

Manager was terrible and rude! Person at window was awful! I’m sorry when you give service at least be cordial and nice! Dover Pizza Hut is awful!! Shame on you!

This Pizza Hut is carry out and pick up window only. When I pulled up to the window and gave them my name, before receiving any services or food, I was handed a pin pad to select a tip amount. When I selected “no tip,” the worker at the window threw the pin pad on the counter and sarcastically said “thanks.” He then hurriedly shoved the food at me through the window and then when he grabbed my bottle of pop, he looked right at me and shook the bottle before handing it to me. A drive-through window worker is not typically a tipped job so customers shouldn’t be expected to tip, especially before any services are provided. They certainly shouldn’t be treated poorly for selecting “no tip”…
