A girl named shelley here was nothing but rude to all over her customers and employees around her, her coworker mylie was sweet and worked fast and kind but it was over shadowed by how embarrassing shelley was

I tied to order using the app like I always do, this time it kept giving me an error for the pickup time. I tapped the edit button to change the time and it was just a white box. It wouldn’t let me change it. So I went to the store….. I walk in and there are three girls. One making an online order and two laughing in the back. The girl making the order didn’t acknowledge me, just kept making the order. (Didn’t bother me at all) The order taking device started dinging and saying online order. The next girl comes out from the back. (I have already been standing there for two to three minutes) She grabs the new online order and walks down to where I’m standing and proceeds to start making the new online order. Still no acknowledgment. I stand there for a good 5 minutes and then, turn around and walk out. Not a single word from any of the workers. I turned around to get back in my car after exiting and they are staring down at their online orders, putting food on buns. Wow! Is all I can say

Didn't look like the place was open because there was no one at the counter...after being at the counter for a short period of time 3 young ladies came out from the back giggling & laughing...one young lady greeted me & asked what I would like to order while the other 2 stood off to the side & continued to laugh & giggle...a car drove up outside & all 3 of them were more interested in who was in the car than they were on finishing my order...there did not appear to be any adults working at the time...I come from a food service background (18 years of experience) & I realize most places are short-staffed but there needs to be an adult there...I will more than likely not be returning to this Subway

Walked down to Subway on Wooster Avenue from my house, and when I walked in they told me it would be a 30 min wait, because they had a large order they were fulfilling on the mobile app! That is rediculous!! This Subway has been going downhill for sometime now. Used to be the best Subway in the area, not any more. This was the last straw, will not be back. And it is only a block and a half from my house. I have spent a lot of money there in the last 25 years. They won't get anymore! ?
