This was the worst taco bell I've ever had. My nachos came in a little 4x4 box which has never happened it was literally a third of the nachos i usually recieve(in a much larger container)...both of our grilled cheese burritos were flat as a pancake and had a thin layer of beef and rice and that's it until the last two bites there was some cheese. Like...dry as hell and the only thing you could really taste was tortilla..the red sauce on our Mexican pizza was almost black and tasted really off and everything else just tasted ....old and almost tasteless. We've never had this issue but we usually order from bluebell store and it's always wonderful. So...Just gonna keep doing that. GROSS.

I did not know that now you need to order online or when you go in to order that it is done with a kiosk. The employees will assist you in placing your order by using a kiosk instead of taking your order and paying the cashier when you done in at a taco bell. Great customer service and friendly environment.

I just went through the online order pickup tonight and the guy at the order window short brown hair with a little mustache was very was rude. he gave us weird vibes. rude ones. he was cussing and slamming cups down at the register. if you don't like you're job do you treat me like crap. get another job!
