First of all, I made an order through the pick up line through my phone and then they said in the pick up inside, which doesn’t make sense at all. Second of all the lady was rude at the window and look at this picture. I’m paying $10 for this

Good place but I swear to God no one reads a single thing on your order, I sub out the most regular things and they forget, I know like half of em is high off their gourd because they walk like zombies. Stop feining and learn to accurately rear simple orders. Or atleast wear dunce hats so I know

If it want for the tablets to order on and pay at would have been standing there for a while.
I get pretty fast service at the Phila Taco Bell, but the Boulevard is ridiculously slow.
I ordered one thing here and I literally waited 20 minutes (I looked at my app to see when I ordered and took a pic when they handed it to me so I could time stamp it).
They had a lot of employees working, but I think they just take care of drive thru first no matter how long someone had been standing inside.

This tacobell never disappoints me. It’s one thing that their food is absolutely delicious, but the most shocking thing is that they have never forgotten anything I’ve ordered. Sure, I may have an extra thing in there that I never got, but I’ve never had to go back because they forgot anything of mine. Would recommend going to this tacobell, 10/10

The girl at the drive through was amazingly nice! The manager on midnights was rude… My family placed a large mobile order and they someone closed it out and charged our card without making the food. When I went to pick it up, I was told I would have to call their corporate help desk. After speaking to the manager, I requested a refund. She tried to short me on my change for my refund and got angry when I asked for the rest of my change…

The employee amber had gone beyond out of her way to ensure good service one of the best employees they have she has the best suggestions on what to get not to mention she saved my life twice shes currently being targeted by a narcissistic abuser we have a group chat of his victims where we are building a case against him, we have been conversating with lawyers and combining the massive amounts of evidence of his actions against all of us she is a good employee and she's the one standing up for us she gave us all a voice and told us that we wont have to worry or live in fear anymore.
