I've been going to this Wendy's a few times a week for years now. I don't know if management has changed or what is happening but the quality is awful. I just waited 10 minutes for cold fries, the patty on my burger was all of an inch wide. My last 3 visits I have thrown the food away it has been so bad. I put my receipt and food on the counter and walked out. Hoping I get a refund.

This Wendy's used to be so nice and your food was always right. Tonight there are a bunch of kids working with no guidance. Half our food was missing from the bag, the tea is disgusting, and the fries weren't even filled half way. Kids messing around and laughing at the window and showing zero customer service skills.

Omg I usually hate going in side to fast food places this place was clean even the bath room was clean on top of that the staff was kind with good attitudes very warm and inviting would so go inside again they deserve 50 stars

I went through the drive-thru at the Wendy’s on . The employee working the window Jessica acted very rudely toward us — using inappropriate gestures and showing a complete lack of respect for customers. On top of that, our food seemed mishandled and made us uncomfortable to eat it.

This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior immediately. I’ve always liked Wendy’s, but this visit was honestly upsetting and disappointing.

Walked in and immediately was met with the girl upfront yelling and complaining that a group just walked in. Yelled to her coworkers “do you expect me to deal with all of this myself?!” I understand being flustered with groups, but the way we were treated was horrible. She gave every single one of us attitude when we ordered. We almost didn’t get the drinks we ordered we had to ask for the cups. Went to the bathrooms and they were absolutely rancid. I had to hover over the toilet to pee. Not clean at all. Very poor customer service. Do better.

THIS WENDYS STOLE FROM ME. I paid for a baconator and a large fry that was cold so I drive back around and ask for new ones and got a sabotaged baconator absolutely dripping in grease like the buns were so saturated they were wet and soggy and a small fry. They refused to compensate me for the large fry I already paid for! This Wendy's literally stole from me😭🤣 Food's always cold though and the workers are so rude. Bottom of the barrel brain power going on in there🤡 Don't waste your money or get it stolen! 3/20/25 @8:30pm. Middle age dark hair bigger balding man in a blue collard Wendy's shirt looked like a manager, definitely didn't act like one

We were literally the first customers of the day and the restaurant was so dirty. Counters with dried ketchup and food all over it, food all over the floor, dried soda all over the self serve pop machine. I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is. We still ate. The food was good. The workers were nice.

They had one car in the drive thru when I arrived. Order taker wasn't paying attention. Did t give a total at the speaker.

•dropped my card on me between the building and the car when he was lazily handing it back.

•waited 10 minutes or more for chicken nuggets and cold fries.

• manager/shift lead who handed food was rude and didn't check the order.

•manager gave me the wrong order anyway. Still bad food.

Paid way too.mych money for terrible service, mediocre/incorrect order.

At first, I thought the poor young man was alone. Until I realized there was a crew in there with him. They were unprepared and unmotivated.

I'm about sick of when I order food it's never right or they don't give you what you ask for told him I need the crackers and they give me two packs of crackers what am I going to do with two packs of crackers for with a large chili from Wendy's get out of here with that

Asked for extra things, what they do ? Give me none... urichville got better service than that... & it says a lot, good job.
