I’m absolutely loving life in my new town, Dresden! It’s small, it’s cute, and full of charm.
This morning I took a little walk to the local health store First Choice Nutrition — and let me tell you, it was a solid 10/10 👏🏽💚
There’s something so grounding about being able to walk everywhere. The fresh air, the early movement, and the cozy small-town vibe… it just feels right.

Great shakes and even better people. So nice and convenient to have this right here in Dresden. They are definitely family people and my granddaughter has loved going here with me every chance she gets. If you haven't tried it yet you are missing out. Teas are AMAZING!
They are friendly and professional! They know their products and can answer any question you have. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming! 😊
